My wife and I stopped by this store while walking through the mall and happened to have the best customer service I've ever received in any retail store anywhere. This young gentleman named Hassan helped us purchase two brand new phones. This kid deserves a raise. I highly suggest stopping here for a great deal on your next phone or electronics purchase. We will definitely be back again. Kudos Hassan, keep up the great work.

Had a great experience trying to get a new phone with Best Buy Express. The associate l, Hassan, was really helpful in detailing the features of the phone and helping us get an amazing deal. Would definitely recommend for someone looking to upgrade their phone who thinks their phone plan isn't amazing.

Gurpreet was excellent with us. He was extremely helpful getting my mom a new phone. He went out of his way along with his supervisors to get her a great price. He provided us chairs while we waited. I would definitely recommend him and this store.

Amazing experience, the intention was to fix my phone and ended up with a cheaper and higher quality device with the best offer I have ever received on a phone, I even got two. The man who assisted us, Twinkle was very kind very helpful and very patient as we tried to assure that everything was in order. Outstanding customer service, from entry upon the store I had the pleasure of being greeted by Syed. Syed is hands down one of the best customer service reps that has helped me at any store. Went in to buy the new XM5’s and dealt with Sue. Couldn’t be happier not only were they on sale but the customer service was exceptional. Super friendly workers and would definitely buy from there again.
