Stopped in here yesterday and they've got a great selection. I usually walk out finding what I went in for, plus extra. However, I feel that their prices are quite high. Balls of yarn for $9.99 when I come by them brand new at the store for $12.00 ) cheaper even on Amazon) candles for $7. When we asked about it at the front desk we were told that they were under New management. Perhaps this is why? It was disappointing. I'd much rather buy something used so I could recycle it reuse it and reduce waste but if I can buy it brand new for the same price.....

Clean, small, quiet, relaxing. The store has a surprisingly large amount of items for the size. One downside is pricing can be extremely high at time.

Clean, well organized, a little pricey for a thrift store, but you can get a 20% discount coupon if you donate something to Salvation Army. The donation center is nearby, which is very convenient.

You must purchase without trying anything on first!!?? Why? There is a washroom for the public to use, but one isn't allowed to use it as a change room without a purchase. What kind of lousy manager thinks this is acceptable. Furthermore, since when is this Salvation Army's policy? Is HQ aware of this poorly managed thrift store?

this thrift store is pretty small in comparison to others, so unfortunately they are a bit more strict about the donations given.

The store's inventory is decent, but it lacks fitting rooms, which is perplexing. With a 30-day exchange policy but no refunds, it's inconvenient to drive back and forth to try on and exchange clothes. If I can't find a replacement, it might be easier to forgo supporting charity and the environment by shopping elsewhere. This situation feels like a lose-lose.

Was a salvationist for many years, all my family are salvationists in the UK. Not once ever did any of my family speak to people the way one staff member spoke to my daughter today. Will never shop there or support The Salvation Army ever again. Please train your staff to be polite and use the sentence "excuse me please" , instead of "shift it".

Was a great place until they got greedy.$14.99 for threadbare shirts at a religion run thrift store? Seriously? That's not very godly.Nor is it sensical, your racks are overflowing and you can barely push clothes aside to even browse them.Lower you prices man, unreal.

The items there weren't bad, but I noticed some of the clothes had loosed stitches.

The place is pretty well stocked, but has no fitting rooms. How the heck do you sell clothes, especially jeans, and think it's ok to not offer a fitting room?? When we asked, we were told that we had 15 days to exchange any item that we bought. Exchange. No refund. So I'm shopping at a thrift store, trying to save money and do something good for the environment but I'm supposed to drive home to try something on and then drive back to exchange if it doesn't fit? Are you kidding me? These are one-off items. It's not Walmart where I can just march in and ask for a size 32 cuz the 34 was too big. In top of all that, what do I do if I can't find anything to exchange my unwanted item for? I guess then I should just donate it to them .Maybe I should just buy cheap stuff at Walmart and forget about charity and the environment. The choice here is a no-win. Snap out of it and build 2 fitting rooms. Until then, I'm done shopping at and donating to this store.
