ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! They made me wait 1.5hrs to get a piece of wood cut with the panel saw. Then confront them again where they told me he is going to b coming at 5:30.

I want to give a very positive review to Jay (supervisor) who helped me with a problem I was having with an on-line order for a Toro snowblower. My order seemed to be stuck at the warehouse and was not getting shipped. I checked on line and the Home Depot at Country Town Square showed 4 units in stock. I took my paperwork to the customer service desk at this store and asked for a manager and Jay was right there. He followed up on the internet order and checked the store inventory which showed the 4-units in stock. Without hesitation he refunded my internet order amount, offered an additional discount on one of the in stock units and I was 100% looked after in under 10 minutes!
I am extremely please with the service I received!!!

Worst customer service provided by the Cashier name Lily, I had a back pain and asked for the help to load drywall but she denied and said we can’t do it. When I said Home Depot is known for their good customer service then she said go get help from somewhere else but I won’t send anyone to help you. I am a pro extra member and buy in thousands $ every month and this is my very first time I am receiving this customer service. Never recommend anyone to come to this home depot.

Their online order pick up is the worst. When I got there, there were 3 people lining up with only one guy works at the counter.
