Staff are consistently friendly and very helpful. They have a diverse selection for people of all ages, and kids with very different interests. Possibly the only place in the city to buy modern professional grade yoyos. I go for the great selection of boardgames geared more for adults.

Joanne or Joan is the best. Together with the team, they rigorously check for the toy i was looking for. They are the best. You guys make evry child and the inner child amongst adults have a great experience at your store. Good job!

This store (and chain) has everything that a child or adult could want - brain teasers, toys, fidgets, puzzles, figurines and anything else in the gift giving line or collection/hobby area. It is chock full of stuff, and most of it invites examination in some way, whether it be squeezing, assembling, calculating, labeling or just admiring! It can get very busy in Discovery Hut, so be prepared. It is extremely popular!

Always a fun store to go in, lots of cool stuff and the staff are always friendly. Had another great customer service experience here today, we had an issue with a toy and they made my son's day by allowing a replacement even though he'd lost the receipt. We'd just bought the toy that day so they were able to lookup the receipt for him. Love this place, will keep coming back.

I was interested in an item but it had some box damage and they went in the back and found the last one they had and gave it to me. It had a slightly higher sticker price than the first box but they made sure I paid the amount of the first box. I appreciated the extra effort and will be back.
