I want to show u the boxes that were supposedly cancel by Fatima 2 days after ordering and she told me they wer canceled.
I canceled due to arthritis of the hand and reason for cancel was I was not told I had to assemble which the store never told me about, i cant do this type of assemble. It showed up today at my house and the don't care and I have to return to store in a vehicle that won't fit them. No empathy no accountability what so ever!! Comment from Fatima was...I'm not sure what is in your head that you thought this...her English is just fine FYI...she was rude end of story. I asked her 3 times if this was canceled she said now worries I have this.
Update...Oct 29 I still have to bring in the canceled sofa. They are continued confused when and what I should do manager MARK can't be bothered to talk with me. Don't bother coming here. Stressed to the nine dye to Fatima and her team!!@!!!!!!
