Spent time with Mukti at Beacon Hill location, Calgary Alberta Northwest. It was spectacular to say the least. I’m not overstating it. Conscientious.!! Extremely competent and conscientious —also additionally articulate and patient. She was in the middle of helping a multitude of people. She found time to help in detail. With a plethora of questions.. If anywhere near the area would be my opinion to go seek counsel. Thank you very much Mukti.

It’s been a wonderful experience and Mukti has been tremendous help when I could not connect with Telus customer support. It took her less than 1 hour to get my home phone back up and running with all my requirements. Highly recommended

Best customer service provided by Mukti on Friday. I was paranoid because i was at the verge of loosing my phone number from another provider. She gave me best plan on Telus and also helped me in porting my number from different provider. Mukti’s customer service and knowledge is highly recommended

Complete morons. Walked in told the guy Telus sent me there to get a packing slip, guy tells me to take a seat and wait, after almost 45mins another guy came out and told me I had to go to Canada Post instead. So they let me sit there all that time for nothing.
Useless people, who clearly can't do there jobs. Thanks for wasting my day

I had a horrible experience when I went in to upgrade my mobile device recently. Mukti was unprofessional, rude and unhelpful. Her disrespectful behavior was a shock and she claimed to be the victim in the situation. Please be warned that this store can turn on you very quickly if you don’t cooperate with them in every way. I went in by myself so had no one there to defend me.

As a person with disabilities and who had surgery October 10th I am disgusted by the awful service received at this location.
The store manager refused to help and made me call into customer care instead, who informed me that manager should’ve helped me in person!
Complete disrespect for my wellbeing and no common decency.

He was a really nice and helpful! I think was the best experience I ever had in TELUS
The only what makes me feel really mad. He offered Streaming platforms for $12 per month. When he was asked me to put my payment details it was showing $20 per month. I double checked with him if it is correct and he said that he 100%sure it will be only 12. But later I checked my credit card and I was charged $20+tax. I’m really disappointed with that
