I had the pleasure of working with Inna P. at the Telus store in South Centre Mall and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Back in June, I came in to get a phone on a payment plan, and Inna helped me find the perfect device, informed me of the ongoing promotions, and explained everything clearly. I ended up switching my mobile provider and home internet, and the experience was seamless. I purchased a Google Pixel 8 and an iPad 10 for my daughter’s birthday, and as part of the promotion, I also received a smartwatch as a gift.
Recently, my smartwatch stopped working and wouldn’t turn on. I went back to Inna, and she went above and beyond to help. Despite the fact that most people said they had never seen this issue before, Inna didn’t give up. Over the course of about a week, she tried every possible solution and successfully got my watch working again. I’m so grateful for her dedication and expertise.
