Worst customer service ever! Went to exchange a size with gift receipt! Since it was gift it didn’t have the tag. I explained the whole situation but The rep was so unprofessional and rude. Refused to tell
me her name and threatened me to call the security. Will never visit this store again. If staff reads reviews - you know who you are. Be kind and humble! That’s no way to talk to anyone.

The quality of those materials were very poor, the actual clothes were way different from the pictures shown on the website. As a first timer, I would definitely not be shopping here again and won’t recommend to anyone.
Suzy’s return policy should be reviewed. The clothes I bought had sizing error, but I can’t return those items because it was on "final sale".

Worst customer service ever! Never go back to this store.
I had really bad experience with lechateau few years ago in market mall. I never stepped in this brand for over 10 years, I gave a try after 10 years in southcenter, I was so regret I did that. Worst policy through retail chain and worst rudest customer service I have ever received in canada retain chain.

Had such a positive shopping experience at Suzy Shier (Southcenter mall). I love how attentive the team was to every shopper. They set you up with ‘a room’ with all the clothes you have picked out to try. On multiple ocassions, i asked one of the team members to help get a different size whilst I was in the changing room and she gracefully obliged.
Docking half a point because of these final sale items otherwise great experience. I will definitely be returning

I purchased a dress on 21/11/23 and upon the purchase I was told that I can exchange it within 14 days. I went to the store on 25/11/23 to exchange it and manager who was on duty told me that I have to come back on next Tuesday to do that because their policy has been changed. According to her the reason was they are busy because of the Black Friday while the store was filled with barely 10 people . This is ridicules. Now I have to drive back on a week day just to exchange this. worst place to shopping. Zuzy Shier marks everything 30% off so people can't return anything. Maybe because they know that they are making cheap cloths.

Suzy has the worst exchange policy ever and wouldn’t even let me exchange a brand new blazer that was poorly made saying that I needed to exchange it 2 weeks after purchase (I was at 30 days)… I didn’t even try to wear the blazer until yesterday and realized when I put it on that it was falling apart.It’s pretty sad that Suzy clearly doesn’t stand for their quality of clothing which makes me not want to buy anything from here again.

I really love this store for the prices and cute stuff offered. Giving 2 stars because I was here today and the lady with pink hair had absolutely no customer service skills. Did not say one word to me the entire time I was in there (I even helped myself to a change room, emptied the previous clothes out, and walked right in front of her!) She just stood at the till slouched over texting. 5 stars for the store itself, 0 stars for the employee unfortunately, so overall 2.

I went to this location today to spruce up my fall wardrobe. The service was exceptional! The assistant manager on duty was pleasant, friendly, and professional! I will definitely return to this location in the future because the service was so fabulous!

Suzy is my favourite store. I mostly Purchase all my clothes from here. But this time i went for return the store manager Rachelle was so rude. She doesn’t even care about there customers and she argues a lot with me. Horrible customer service from her. Didn’t expect this from store manager. Very disappointed. Never going to purchase from this suzy again.
