My experience is wherever we are in any city, we have to find SUZANNE’S…orders from the wife. She knows how to shop and dresses with style…thanks to Suzanne…whoever she is. I walk in the mall while she checks out every cotton picking outfit. I ask no questions as she always finds IT at a good price. Highly recommend this store…BTW…wife didn’t ask me to post this. Guess where we are going to now? Another Suzanne’s in Calgary!

I always enjoy shopping at Suzanne's! The staff is welcoming and really take the time to listen to their customers. They are very knowledgeable and always quick to point me in the direction of pieces to that work well on my unique body!

I bought a top from this store in August.I’ve never worn it, kept it for my trip to wear. When on my trip in October, I noticed there are two little holes in the top, so didn’t use it. When I came back from my trip, beginning of November I called the store and talked to the store manager, Nicole and asked for exchange or store credit.She said the store policy for exchange is only 30 days, which she thinks it’s very generous.I explained that the top was never used and has its tags on it. She refused to give me even store credit. very disappointed ☹️

Unfortunately this store is not size inclusive on the lower end. Product seemed nice however.

Horrible I think I need special clothes to stop and buy something in that store,maybe because I'm brown and the attendant ignores me maybe she's thinking I don't have credit card ,I'm only stop to buy something for my mother in law and wow..

Smart casual semi dressy clothes. Reasonable prices excellent service. North Hill Calgary is only store I have tried however no reason to think I would have a different experience elsewhere. Highly recommended. Vicky Driver

While shopping at your store this week I was quite horrified that one of your staff was not wearing a mask and was announcing that she is ‘exempt’. Considering that you have obviously gone to some effort to abide by the Covid protocols by asking people to social distance, putting hand sanitizer at the door and limiting the amount of people, it makes no sense that this person was not wearing a mask or some form of PPE.I am aware of some people are unable to wear masks however, a face shield or a clear plastic mask that is not pressed up against the face would’ve been better than nothing. If you’re working with the public you need to make some effort to follow the rules. Especially since there are a lot of elderly customers that shop at this store and are at greater risk for becoming seriously ill.In addition, there was also a customer in the store not wearing a mask and also announcing that she was also ‘exempt. There was no effort made by the staff in the store to try and enforce the rules.

I really like to shop at Suzanne's but the models on line have completely turned me off..to sell clothing at least have a decent model which makes the clothing look so smart, I could not shop on line looking at those .don't go cheap on your advertising your store is worth so much more
