I wouldn't recommend this store to my worse enemy... they are all over you as soon as you walk in the door.. there is a tall guy that works there and he is the most ignorant sales person I've ever met. He is rude and sarcastic... the warehouse staff were the same...we needed to take the chairs out of the boxes to fit into the car, so I asked him to leave the plastic on to protect the furniture... after he yelled at me, he took the plastic off the furniture.. they refused to help us put them in the car.. they made us do it...
There was a very nice girl with long straight hair that worked there. She was awesome.... she was a huge help...

Justin was amazing! Loved his sense of humor, his energy everything. He didn't up sell us or rush us at all. Very knowledgeable understood our budget. Very understanding we will not be going anywhere else for our next mattress we will be coming back 100% when it's time to get our couch, washer and dryer next time.

Very welcoming when we entered the store but not pushy. They allowed us to shop without interruption. They were very informative and knowledgeable. Friendly staff means a lot to me and they were all super friendly. They had stock which was not the case with any of the other stores we had shopped at. Great selection. Rand name merchandise and great warranty. Highly recommend.

I was greeted at the door, Shown my option's, and made a large purchase all within 20 min. Delivery was prompt, respectful, clean. Staff are all amazing and full of smiles. Big thumbs up.
