I've had ADT and Telus Security Systems and definately Supreme Security is far superior. It took a few trips by their installer Sammy to get the job done but he didn't give up and made sure everything was done right. He was extremely pleasant and provided all the information I needed to run the system. I'm extremely happy with the quality and advanced technology the system provides. Their Panel and doorbell, house and garage cameras are fantastic compared to others. I'd highly recommend them if you're looking for a reliable system.

I don't think Supreme Security would be this good without Yohan. Yohan has helped us with security systems, intercom and fob system installations/service. He has provided the best service possibly to our company and myself. Always available and takes calls at anytime, regardless of work hours. I manage a ton of projects and with Yohan, he makes sure the process is simple and efficient so I can focus on more important matters. Ask for Yohan if you give a call. My review is coming from the perspective of multiple commercial building installations/servicing.

We had just moved to a new place and needed a new security system. I went online to shop around and found Supreme. Told Yohan what we needed, he put together our package, sent me the quote, price was lowest compared to other companies. Yohan booked us in right away. Tech Nel came to install our system and showed us how to use it. He made sure everything works and that we are satisfied, he went over everything and made sure we understand everything before he left. He was very knowledgeable and patience. Thank you Yohan and Nel.

I was very pleased with the prompt, courteous, friendly, and efficient set up for our home system. Supreme has been very flexible and easy to deal with for the best package for us as well as when the installation was done. Thorough explanation for how it works as well.

I have been following up with the company's accounting department for last 2 months to issue the credit for incorrect billing. I sent multiple emails to accounting team and no responses then sales person ask to call the accounting. Sales rep also sent follow up emails to issue credit to accountant but no results. I called and talked to the acccounting rep multiple times in last few weeks and every time same response that it will be issued soon, which never happend so far. The accountant is work from home, who supposed to issue credit and doesn't have phone number to talk and doesn't respond to emails. It's frustrating as consumer and i would highly recommend to all consumers to stay away from this company. I will be reporting to BBB and consumer bureau for such unprofessional behaviours by the organization.
