Prices, unfortunately, are high, much higher than in other stores for similar products. However, the selection is very good and many products can only be found here.

We got 2 Thanksgiving family feasts as we all had to work today and we were all amazed by how really great the food was. Totally surpassed our expectations and the portions were more than generous. You made coming in to work today a celebration and we are all grateful for you and your talents in the kitchen! Special thanks to Christine who kindly loaded it all into my car.

I was in the bakery area checking cakes with my 2 year old son. We were looking through the glasses of the cake display when suddenly my son starts crying very loud as if he had hurt himself, putting his hands on his belly. I went on my knees holding him while he was screaming , trying to figure out what had happened, when I noticed a super hot bar underneath the cake display. I also noticed on the very low end of it a bended printed note glued to the display with Scott tape, almost falling off, saying “ Caution hot”. That was when I understood my son had burned his belly on that hot bar. I started talking to an employee in the area saying that the sign was not visible, that I needed ice for my kid’s burn and I wanted to talk to a manager. The employee replied saying it was my responsibility to supervise my kid and told me to “ go find a manager over there “ pointing to the exit doors. Eventually I found someone who said she was the manager and got ice for my baby, while apologizing for the employee’s dismissive and rude behaviour. She also gave me some flowers as an apology. Thankfully my son is ok and there was no major burn. I will file an official complaint with the responsible health authorities regarding customer safety in this place and for sure today was the last time I stepped in any Sunterra store.

Natural selection of food, great coffee and cake and nice place to eat. They offer hot food to go, highly recommend.

Good place to be if you want to do some shopping for fresh groceries, meet a friend and grab a bite to eat. Food prices are affordable and the food is good quality. Service is also good! It was a bit crowded today though, So avoid going there around lunch hour ?

Parking lot is chaotic but the store itself is well-stocked with plenty of fresh and unique food options. I enjoy the ready made meals which are always tasty.
