I bought a strawberry rhubarb cramble at Britannia Sunterra and took it to a thanksgiving supper I was invited to. When we started to eat the dessert, it was completely rotten. Obviously nobody ate more than one bite as it was disgusting. This has never happened to me in my life and it was extremely embarrassing. This was the first and last time I shop at Sunterra but had to write this review so others wont have to suffer the same embarrassing experience.

Great selection of items, including some locally-sourced options, but the prices are a tad pricey. Fantastic meal options including pre-order.

I placed an online grocery order with UberEats for convenience, as I am sick and unable to drive. Unfortunately, I received stale cakes that were dry and smelly with rotten strawberries. The baguette was also as hard as a rock, and the packaging had a terrible odor. My advice: please do not sell subpar products, especially to those relying on online orders.

I don't usually leave reviews but I feel this is getting a little ridiculous now.
I work in the plaza and over the last year there have been occasions I have forgotten lunch at home or fancied checking out Sunterra.
Just incase they have anything that looks like it'll be worth the high price, as options are limited for lunch in the plaza if you are in a hurry.
I have been in on quite a few occasions feeling hopeful or like perhaps the previous times have just been unfortunate.
The ready meals are so overpriced. The dishes with meat have little to no actual meat chunks in, no flavour and are always dry. The hot ready meals taste like they have been under the hot lamp for a week.
I even tried a rotisserie chicken last week thinking it would be fresh and different. It was so dry (and tiny compared to other places that sell them) that the skin was stuck to the dry meat on the surface.
The baked goods are just as bad. I bought a pack of two chocolate lovers muffins and it was like eating sawdust. same day as well. Should have been fresh but it was not.
The cookies are ok. Not worth the price.
I find the staff that are on the check out to usually be friendly but no one really interacts with you in my experience.
From reading other reviews it sounds like my experiences are not a "one off". I am happy to pay extra for good food but this is not the place to go. Super disappointed and do not understand why people rate it so highly.
Tried to add photos of my sawdust muffin that fell apart just from taking it out of the bag but they won't upload.

Insanely rude staff, someone tried to accuse me of stealing for simply using my tote bag to carry my groceries around the store. When I asked him if he was accusing me of stealing, he said no and refused to talk with me. Insanely rude I felt embarrassed and appalled. For a place that supports lots of local, it is sad I will feel uncomfortable stepping foot in this location again after that experience. Be better :(
