We got a positive experience renting thisstorage at 40 street. Manager at the location explained the lease well and we went to check storage it was super clean and above ground level. Highly recommended 5 stars for great service and facility.

I have been to other storage rental companies in Calgary. The Storage Mart located @ 11807 40th Street SE location is amazing. Glady @ the front desk provied me with excellent services. She explained policies in detail snd clearly and she is very easy to do business with. Also, the office is very clean!

Units are clean and dry, staff is friendly, good location. Only complaint, when vacancy was low and prices went up I paid the price but when prices went down they weren't willing to give me the going rate. Moving to a new unit with a new contract at the going rate isn't a huge inconvenience but wouldn't it be nice if they'd reward customers who've always paid on time with the market rate without having to move?
