I had a disappointing experience with one of your old age employees wearing formal uniform. The person was unhelpful, unprofessional, and displayed concerning behavior. Instead of assisting with viewing vehicles in person, they insisted I look online, even though I was already there to see the cars. They also opened the door, urging me to leave and not stay inside, making the experience uncomfortable. Their attitude seemed biased and unwelcoming, especially to certain customers. This kind of treatment is not acceptable and does not reflect well on the business. I hope this issue can be addressed so future customers feel welcome and valued.”
I will not come back to this location will going somewhere else other far locations of mazda.

We made an appointment to see a 2025 CX-30 that we were told was in stock, but when we arrived, all of the sales associates were busy and they actually had NO 2025 CX-30s available. Very frustrating!

I've been going to this Mazda location since purchasing a truck in 2010. When I first went there (2010), I thought they were great. Around 2018, I felt that service went substantially downhill and hasn't improved since. I would say most times I leave there frustrated, and it takes alot of persistence to get something done. Here's some examples:
-Once I had a loud clunking noise and my truck clearly had something wrong. Took it in, they said no issues, and billed me. As I drove out of the parking lot, the issue was apparent. Makes me wonder how much work they put into diagnosing the issue with my truck. I had to go back in and be very persistent until someone took it seriously, and there turned out to be a significant issue.
-My truck had a dysfunctional airbags on recall. I think over a period of a year or so I tried to get the airbag replaced. Multiple times I called, they'd say they made a note and would call me back. Nothing, then this cycle would continue. Eventually, it came to going there and persistently making sure they followed through, and it was surprisingly difficult to have them perform a service that I'd say is pretty essential to vehicle safety.
There's other examples I could give, but in short, I loved my mazda truck. I'd say great vehicles, but go somewhere else for your service.

They have very limited shuttle service, which means you can hardly ever get a ride back after dropping your vehicle for service, you always have to plan and bring along your family members to give you a ride back. Very outdated interior, poor cafe options, dirty water fountain & lounge setup. They could learn a few things from Toyota across the road.

Very professional crew with excellent customer service and follow-up from everyone involved in the sale.
Glen E. was great to deal with pre and post sale. We purchased a car at a fair price (and we shopped a lot) without the endless back and forth "with the manager" that we'd experienced at another dealership the previous week. I would definitely recommend this dealership and wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again!

I had a service appointment Recently, and I was helped by a gentleman named Ryan. His customer service skills were the best I have ever seen in my entire life of living in canada. He explained all the work which made me understand how my car works and left me feeling like family. I would definitely recommend Ryan and come back here to get service done.
