Came here months ago and was hesitant to leave an honest review, but the experience stuck with me, so here we are. The whole experience was so unpleasant. Aggressively washed my hair, botched my layers so bad, and blow-dried my hair so painfully! 2 people blasted high heat during the blow drying, aggressively flinging my hair. The woman that serviced me lacked all professionalism and didn't know what a heat protector was...
There were clumps of someone else's hair on the comb they used on me. Everything looked dirty and very outdated. Other staff was just sitting around chatting and staring at me.
The scissors they used were too dull and tugged during the cutting. I now have way more split ends than usual.
Before, you could come in and pay 30 dollars for a good cut. Now, it costs 50 and leaves you feeling gross and just wanting to flee their establishment.
