She told us about how helpful service was And we laughed when we found out it was Spring Bank that she was dealing with

Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Owner was not empathetic or understanding at all in regards to a situation involving moving our unit out of our stall during a winter month. We made an honest mistake of not returning a snow shovel immediately after using it to try & dig out our plowed in RV & he called it stealing even though we did return it & evicted us based on “stealing”. This is following having our catalytic converter stolen on their lot; the only reason we had to move our RV in winter was to repair this in the first place. The owner was not the slightest interested in trying to help us or understand our situation & instead accused us as being thieves & evicted us in the middle of winter. I have never been treated this way, it was awful. Zero stars if possible.

Safe, secured, reliable, and clean. It’s a family business so they have their heart and soul in the place. Highly recommend. They have friendly, always available and supportive staff. The spots are good size and the layout of the place is made well makes it easy to get in and out from. Very well maintained.

This is a great location for us to use and the yard is well maintained and cared for. The well thought out spacing of the stalls and the road width make backing in easy The staff is friendly and helpful and they're flexible to meet the needs of their clientele. The store in the office carries all lots of supplies you may need in the case of something being forgotten. Also the convenience of having an air hose and fresh water available by the office is great too. The fact they have two sani-dump locations in the yard is a nice feature so dealing camping's "dirty little secrete" can be taken care of in a convenient location

I have been parking my trailer here for 4 years now, and I have to say, the office has been exceptional at helping with the issues that pop up. They are also very focussed on security, which is great.

Great service and friendly. I like the abundance of rules here which means I don't have to worry about the security of my trailer. Staff have been really helpful to me with questions about winterizing and go out of their way to be helpful. Been storing my trailer here now for a few years and I appreciate that they keep an eye on everything and alert me if anything is out of place like a torn storage cover or a chance of hail damage to look out for.

We have parked our trailers here for years, and have always been so pleased with the friendly staff and amazing service. Any questions I've ever had were answered promptly, and I've always felt valued as a customer.I'm rather shocked at people complaining in their reviews about the 'excessive rules'- in 10 years, we have NEVER had anything go missing, be damaged, or in any way felt that our property wasn't secure, and that is entirely due to the staff diligently and tirelessly enforcing regulations.If you want to come and go as you please, with no rules in place, feel free to dump your trailer in some farmer's field and take your chances on whether it will still be there when you need it. I'm happy to follow a few simple restrictions in order to keep everyone safe!Thanks so much to the owners and staff for everything you do- you've made us customers for life!

Got my newsletter- we have been there since it opened- and in this newsletter they addressed some negative reviews. Hmmm - negative reviews, you say? Well I had better check that out - and wow - we got soMe entitled gems around here don’t we- well guess not as they seem to have all found bigger places for half the price - good on ya! I however have not found such a place that wasn’t dirty, hard to get in, questionably secured or a friends field - which would work except I don’t want to spend my summer wondering if the mice I cleared out, also worked through any wiring or burrowed in my bedding. This place is very secure, they send emails to update after a weather event, give us a heads up on issues like people trying to access the yard when the gates close, keep the place fastidiously clean and are always helpful and pleasant- I dare say I have 15 years or so data to back me up so may be more reliable source. But I am not the perfect tenant- nope.I have been remiss on my payments - yup, forget it’s there and I gotta pay- and the office staff are always kind and understanding. They seem to be that way if one doesn’t go in demanding concessions for breaking rules or needing accommodations- I mean look at the issues people have earnestly posted as negative… -They didn’t dig me out in the winter, they didn’t give me a “vacant” site for my broken tent trailer - even though it’s pretty clear it’s not a repair shop- they have too many rules - I pulled through sites when posted signs say don’t do that - tbh I don’t get that one either but hey - it’s actually not my place, so - I left a deposit didn’t show up and they kept it- I left mid month/year and they didn’t prorate my rent - that’s a good one too- once I had to get a room before. 6 am flight and you know what? Check out was not until 2! And they didn’t give me any money back! ????Kids are grown, questioning the cost when we don’t use it as much as we used to .. but s as long as we do have our trailer- it’s safe and supervised at springbank and if anything changes- I always get notified.So, you’re doing great guys - and I’m sure glad those negative ninnies found places with fewer rules, bigger lots for cheaper prices, some where else!

I pulled in from the highway. I had lost my tent trailer lights, brake lights, turn signals, everything. I needed to spot my trailer while I sorted in out. It was way too dangerous to drive.I was told they had nothing although I could clearly see lots of places for it. All I needed was a spot the same size as a car.The attendant had no sympathy for me and my family. He basically and coldly told me I had to go elsewhere. How? Where?Calgary hospitality at its worst. It would have been easy for them to help a desperate family but nope!!Now the manager replies, 10 months after the fact and pretends like he/she was there. No apology and then they blame the victim. They were not there, they have no clue as to what happened and it took almost a year to respond. Pathetic response.
