What a great experience! Service to spare. Nathan treated us like valued customers, ran our claim through insurance with no trouble and was just great to deal with. They followed through on everything they committed to in a timely fashion. We will be back for all of our glass needs!

You should probably tell your employees that when someone calls in to see if you offer a service, and you tell them what car, that they don't laugh at you, make fun of your car, and then pedantically tell you to fix it yourself.

I was totally amazed at the speed of service & the empathy from the wonderful person at Speedy.
I called in to Calgary from NS, for my sons car window that was vandalized, the item had to be brought in from BC, I explained how the insurance company wanted $1000.00 deductible for a window that Speedy priced at less than $300.00 all in. I was so happy with the service the price and the Willingness to help! Great Job Speedy, I sure felt like a somebody!

Window was nice.. except the took it upon them selves to search through my car to find my broken windshield wiper arm and decided the best course of action was to put the broken unit back on.... Wondering what else was taken out of my car

Wow the guy at the desk was the rudest person I’ve been in contact with in Calgary. My new city. Just moved from BC and he refused to service my vehicle or look at my insurance. Beyond rude. DO NOT COME HERE. Service in VANCOUVER was amazing! That’s why I came maybe I’m new but educating people over denying services is very different. Thanks for being a great representative of your company! Never setting foot in SPEEDY AGAIN.

The staff looks for the best approach to both insurance and product supply. Also, they appear to have very competent staff from reception to installation.
