I do not write negative reviews often but this is one that I could not stay away from. I am constantly reminded of that mistake I made by going to this place every time I take a close look at my vehicle. I had the misfortune of going to South East Collision and Refinishing last June after an accident.
- They took two months just to get the work done in the car and it had nothing to do with the parts. The person kept telling me it’s a staff issue.
- This causes me to go over the maximum on my rental (my policy only has a certain amount covered… lesson learned there) and I had to pay nearly 400 out of pocket.
- They were paid for a brand new hood but he clearly bought one off of another damaged vehicle but tried to convince me that looks it’s a new hood but showing me that mine is sitting in the back of the shop. The replacement is clearly warped from an accident.
- The Acura “beak” was also cracked and was on the list of parts but they bought some cheap replacement that doesn’t even Color match. I checked and the original part is a matte finish, which is what I had. It was replaced with a really cheap looking shiny one.
- They messed up the flood lights which weren’t even damaged.
- The horn was broken and I got the adjuster to add it to the list. They paid for the high and low note horn but these guys only added the high note so now it sounds totally off.
- There is something wrong with the headlights because they are creating weird shadows. Not clear at all. One person said it was an alignment issue.
There are so many little things that I can list, which were only touched because they had to get through it to fix something else, and they messed it up.
I honestly was so proud of the condition of my car but now I am constantly reminded of the mistake I made by taking it to this shop.

Very satisfied with the service. They stayed till later then working hours just to finish my car job . Appreciate the service, less price rate as compared to other mechanics . I would recommend everyone about this job.

My husband and I stopped by their shop to get their opinion on a used car we were buying that had rust spots. The gentleman we spoke to was so helpful and honest, took the time to explain the severity of it to us, his concerns, and what he would suggest if we chose to fix it. We didn’t get to use their services but greatly appreciated them taking the time to help us out even though they did not have to!Service: Painting

Be aware! Don’t even think about dealing with this place!!!I spend 5000$ on body parts, and every single part was spoiled after their “treatment”. I’m absolutely serious, every single one. For example: they are cheap to buy a drill bits to drill a round holes in bumper for parking sensors) instead, guess what? They use a knife, so try to realize how round sensors fit into square holes. It sounds like a joke, but not when it’s $1000 bumper. Some of the parts, became missing.I was told my car will be ready in three weeks... took it out in 3 months! Half done, there was no refinishing done, car wasn’t polished after painting.Bill for the labour was another $5000, and I just match that clear coat start pealing offThis lesson cost me almost $10 k.Now I’m in search for another body shop to fix my car properly. Don’t do my mistake. Like I said don’t even think to deal with this place. You will have to pay twice. First to them, and then to fix the damage that definitely will appear on your car after their “treatment”
