First time visiting this store, and in fact first time buying shoes for the health of my feet after having some problems, planter faciatius. Lucked in when Abdullah waited on us, and let me tell you it was by far the most money I have ever spent on runners, walking boots and slippers, but after 2 weeks of wearing them I must say it was one of the best purchases of my life. Walking 5 Kms a day has never been more enjoyable. And the slippers for around the apartment are fantastic. Not cold enough for the boots yet, but the are super comfy and good for up to -40, so Calgary can throw all it has at us. Thanks Abdullah for the exceptional service, and the 15% off. We will be back.

Imran was amazing and very knowledgeable as well as Abdullah the owner! I would recommend Sole for the Soul to everyone! For work shoes, hiking shoes, pretty shoes and most importantly, orthopedist shoes.

The employees were very kind, patient, and understanding. Providing a wide variety of options, and detailed explanations for the benefits of each option. Despite shoe shopping being tedious for me, the employees made it entertaining instead.

Imran was the most professional, helpful and knowledgeable sales associate. My father needed special orthotic shoes and Imran did a amazing job of finding the perfect fit for my Dad. To see the huge difference my Dad's gait and ability to put his new shoes on with such ease was worth the drive to Northill mall! Thank you for all your help, your kindness and making my Dad smile ?

Awesome customer service. Imran stepped in when he saw that his colleague wasn’t confident with my questions. I ended up getting a pair of nb 990. Even got them to swap the laces in store.

Such a difference when you get shoes here . They actually find the proper shoe for you. And the young folks are so polite and respectful.
Cause of trauma to my foot.I have shoe box of orthotics that didn't work.
The only ones I use everyday are the ones created at Sole to Soul.
Stanley is literally a artist when it comes to orthotics.
I now walk in comfort and feel the support.

This review is based on the repair shop in the store. If I could rate this in the negative I would, I had a pair of shoes I needed repaired my mother took it in for me as she loves the actual shoe store. The person who fixed my shoe made it worse and tore up my whole shoe the leather added was not cut correct and was pieced poorly. My shoe is rose gold but sticking on some areas was done in Red they cut the over the foot strap and cut it crooked and not neatly..
This whole experience was terrible and when contacted and asked why the work was done so terribly I was told I didn’t have enough leather and if you don’t like it FINE bring it back and I’ll take the leather off ?? I advised if you couldn’t complete the job correctly you shouldn’t have done anything to make it worse then it started and if the leather is removed what about the piece cut and sewed back together?? I was then told well that’s the best that could be done…
This is by fair the worst most terrible repair shop I’ve ever seen… like I said i would have preferred a call to say I can’t do it that would have been the respected thing to do.

We had an exceptional experience with Imran at Sole to soul store and north hill Centre. The store was completely packed and imran catered to our needs perfectly even when me and my wife had to try more than ten pairs each.
Highly recommend this store for the knowledge they have on foot health and shoe fitting. Best customer service experience I’ve had.
