We had an AMAZING experience at Sleep Country with Andres! Our experience was easy, convenient and we left feeling like we actually learned so much! Andres extensive knowledge really shows and it is clear that he truly cares about his clients. He went above and beyond to make sure we were informed and left the store having made a purchase we were very happy with. I would highly recommend seeing Andres to anyone in the market for a new bed!

Andres was absolutely outstanding in helping us find our new mattress. His knowledge about the store's inventory and mattress technology was amazing, but it's his advice on how to properly shop for a mattress in the first place that makes this the best location to start shopping (even if you end up at other stores after). It would have saved us an hour of aimlessly wandering around a big box competitor and wasting our time there if we'd come here first.
We couldn't be happier with the service we received - there was never any pressure to make the sale or to upsell us. Andres was only intent on helping us find the best fit and once we settled on a mattress found us some extra, unadvertised price reductions on the mattress and some of the other items we got to go along with it.
The delivery of the mattress (we lucked out and got a date 2 days after purchase) also went without any problems. The delivery guys were courteous, on time, and even did a quick walk through of the path through the house to identify any potential problem spots before bringing the mattress in.
We couldn't recommend this location -- and specifically Andres -- any more highly!

Andres was great! He helped me pick out a good mattress at a great price and I learned a lot from what he had to say. Super friendly and had the answers to all my questions. Just waiting on delivery for the bed now!

Don’t waste your money, the mattresses are bad quality, worst I’ve ever had. This is my second one with 100 days switch out. I was told it will get better by time, still waiting. Also I was told to call customer service and they will switch it again. However I called their customer service to switch the mattress out, the women from customer service said someone will call you back by the end of day, been over a month and still haven’t heard back.

Awful experience here and will never return - we had a rather bizarre interaction with a salesperson. He kept referencing an incorrect price for a mattress (which was listed on the mattress itself at $1,049, though he kept saying $1,700). When I corrected him and pointed to the correct price on the mattress, he snapped and told us we were on our own and walked away, almost having a tantrum. Worked out for the better though, we just went over to a nearby competitor’s mattress store and received much better and genuine service and spent our money there.

Picked out the mattress we like (a medium firm). They gave us a great deal because they knew we were shopping around. Mattress came hard as a rock, and was told to give it time to work in. Time passes, still hard. Call them back and they told us that we got the hardest mattress on their floor which we for sure would never have asked for. Go to the store to exchange and they charge us another 800 to get the mattress we originally wanted even though the floor price for the hard one is more expensive than the one we wanted. Probable scam to make a sale.

The sales part inside the store with Dexter was 10/10. Highly recommended. However the delivery guys are rude, unprofessional and do not follow instructions.For delivery the instructions were to call me with the time frame not my wife as I am the one with the freedom to leave work to meet them.They called my wife and my wife told them to call me as I’m the one meeting them. The guy replied to her saying“Well I have you on the phone so I’m telling you instead”. How is that good customer service? How is that an appropriate response.My review of Dexter is 10/10. My overall review of sleep country after the delivery driver is go to Leon’s or the Brick. Unacceptable.

Had a good experience with a low-pressure salesman who happily steered us to lower- priced mattresses and pillows for my teenaged son, and came up with additional, unadvertised discounts. Will be going back the next time we need a new bed.

Great experience; Andres was great to deal with! We needed a new mattress for our daughter and I really appreciate that Andres was quick to ask her questions about what she wants, which one was the best, etc. She settled on the same one as mom and dad had grabbed a couple years back and we are super happy with ours. Thanks Andres and team!

I had a great experience at this Sleep Country. I have to admit, I hate shopping for a new mattress, it seems like what you test in the store is never what shows up on the day of delivery. It's the right mattress, just a different feel. The staff here, Andreas mostly, understood and helped me make a exchange.
