I have to say, out of every single shop in Calgary, this one is hands down my favourite. Not only do they provide great customer service… they go above and beyond for you. I had the unfortunate circumstance of being rear ended after the huge hail storm, and after calling upwards of 30 shops, with varying helpfulness, Varun at Crown Collision lifted the unbearable weight of this situation that was pulling me down… he honestly deserves a gold star and a pat on the back. (I am not one to leave reviews… but Varun deserves praise for his incredible drive to make this shop as amazing as it is!! Thank you again for all your hard work!)

STAY AWAY! I unfortunately had a bad experienced with this shop. It was recommended by my Auto Insurance. The day I picked up my car, I was given with a broken key (see picture), that now useless to me. I must admit that it was somewhat broken when I brought it in. It was still in 1 piece, functional, useful, even though it's wrapped in CLEARED tape. When Sarah Wray (Estimator/Admin), handed me my key back during picked up, it was wrapped in black (electrical tape), and completely busted. Of course I asked her what happened. And of course she acted surprise. I made sure to her that it wasn't like that when I handed it to her during dropped off. She was fully aware of it, and chose to lie about it.
Got an answer from Sarah Wray that the owner (Harvey) is refusing to make this situation right. That the key was already broken to begin with. Again, I must admit, yes, it's broken, but it's still useful and functional, in one piece. It didn't look like this when I handed it to Sarah. Why is it fair for a customer that just gave them a business to deal with their carelessness? I am now dealing with a useless key for my vehicle because of this shop.
I will be doing a separate review about their crappy body work too.
I DO NOT recommend this shop for any work/services. Go somewhere else. This shop will just put you into another headache, after another. This place do not believe in solution. Take your business somewhere else.
Do not be fooled of 5 stars rating. Some of them are employees' ratings.

The wifes Range Rover got absolutely battered in a recent hail storm. My insurance company recommended Simplicity for the repairs.
Vehicle was booked in quickly, with a rental car ready and waitIng. Repairs were quickly performed and absolutely flawless. Simplicity kept us up to date with emails and phone calls.
Vehicle looks great. Couldn’t be happier. Happy wife, happy life.

I had some minor body work I needed done. Harvey met with me for an estimate and got my car in that same week. The work was done on time and came in less than quoted. Very happy with the work done!

Harvey and Varun were so great! ??
With hail damage to my vehicle they both looked after me so well since day one, with speed and kindness. I’m so glad I chose them out of the two options I had for my insurance. They had things going and estimate done which I desperately needed - before the other place insurance wanted to send me to - even attempted to contact me LOL and even then that business was delaying appts for even just estimates further.
Given my circumstances and time constraints I’m so blessed I went to Simplicty. They communicated so well were fast, flexible, very kind and accommodating. They truly do their best with the size and volume of ppl for sure. Thank you guys and all the best of success! ⭐️
PS My car is not the McLaren - wish it was lol But I was lucky enough to catch that out front when I stopped looked great Matching the orange Simplicity sign ? thought it would be a good show stopper pic for my review for you! ??
And just a quick updated photo of the inside layout has changed a bit since others on here which is all good! Note: a Timmies is walking distance and when they have time have or impossible they have offered to pick clients up from the Timmie’s when their vehicle is ready.
So that you are more comfortable waiting. So that is great! ?

Stay away, don't recommend this place to anyone, 0 customer service and half the time there is noone in the office to answer the phone or assist the customers

The repair work took much longer than promised, and when I finally got my car back, the job was subpar. The paint job was uneven, and there were noticeable scratches on the bumper. I pointed these issues out to the manager, but they seemed unconcerned.
To top it all off, they charged me extra for "additional repairs" that I hadn't authorized. When I asked for an explanation, they claimed that it was "standard practice" to charge for extra work without permission.

I would not recommend Simplicity car care to anyone. Their prices are exorbitant, their work is shoddy, and their customer service is non-existent. Take your business (and your car) elsewhere!"

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I was absolutely amazed by the high level of workmanship at Simplicity Car Care Calgary South East! They did a fantastic job on my BMW, and the color match was perfect. I couldn't believe how seamlessly the repair blended with the rest of the car. The staff were professional, attentive, and clearly take pride in their work. I have great experience with simplicity. They have great customer service. Someone did scratch on my car on the whole left side. Even put some dents on it. They fixed it very well. Nobody can say my car even engaged in such things. I wanna thank to their whole team. Thank you so much for fixing up my car.
