I arrived at 9:00 for opening, as indicated on the website, stood for 30 minutes and no one came. If your opening hours change, you should indicate this on the website.

New ownership and terrible!!! Had the guy cut 2 keys for me , neither worked. Took them back and he didn't even check them( you could visually see he messed them up but whatever, I got my money back!! Then I bought something and he asked me debit or credit, I said debit. After transaction when through, he says I asked you debit or credit , this was credit!! I said no I don't have any credit cards and he had the audacity to argue with me!!! Are you serious??!! I should know if I have a credit card or not. Miserable little ignorant man!!!!! I've been going here for over 20 years and never had a problem. Won't ever go back

Very good service. The guy who run the shop is so friendly and helpful. Offered some services like UPS,dry cleaning, key duplicate, etc. definitely coming back if needed in the future.

They don’t pick up their phone as a UPS centre which is a huge inconvenience; when I show up as UPS tracking number says the package was in store, the business owner says they haven’t received the package and gave excuses that drivers are lazy and sometimes do not deliver to their store. I don’t know what that says about UPS as well as this store’s function as UPS delivery point but I definitely know I wouldn’t want to receive package here again

Why even be a UPS pick up location with no working phone number? If I had realized before hand I would have made sure I didn't have to deal with these people ?
