Went there to buy Google Play cards from a fraud request in 2022. The store showed me how to exceed the card limit. When I realized I was being defrauded, they refused to take the cards back, though the cards had not been used, because they had been activated. The store was not the scammer but didn’t even try to help to return the cards so I lost a few hundred dollars. I won’t buy my gas or get a car wash there.

Never got to gas up, was there well before close with another car even watched the attendant make a transaction with a lady as I pulled up and he screamed at both of us we close at 11. It was 1053. Easy 150 bucks in gas they could have sold seeing as he just finished with another customer while I exited my car. I said don't worry I'll be out of here by 11 and he kept yelling we are closed at 11. I will never return....

Dont waste your money. Spent hard earmed money washing my vehicle only to be blasted by the inconsiderate worker washing the floor. This was at 10pm saturday August 17th. I normally wouldnt name a guy, but the employee was Karandeep, I gave him every chance to make it right and he refused to even credit me a quick rinse, he was just denial denial denial. He promised me the manager would look on the camera, Sunday the 18th. I am highly doubtful.

Went to Shell crowfoot for a car wash. Many of their wash bays were broken, and a few days later when I checked my credit card they had charged me over 50.00. I had hit the cancel button, and when I went back to talk to them they would not do anything for me. I am going to have to submit a claim to my credit card company!The guy I spoke with took my name, said a manager would review and call me but I never received a call. Do yourself a favor and save the stress and go somewhere else for gas and a car wash. This Shell location has really gone downhill and doesn't seem to care about their customers at all. $50.00 is the most expensive carwash I have ever had!

This is not a functional business. Manager is never present, and employees have no training or basic understanding of English. All attempts to resolve the problem through Shell Canada have failed. I will never return to any Shell for any reason, even in case of emergency.

Was just there a few nights ago and it was 10pm the door was locked and no one was there! Even waited around for like 10 mins, ringing the doorbell and knocking on the door! There was no sign saying "brb" as it closes at 11! Very frustrating! Never going going back there!

Pulled up at 6:05 Google said they were open as did the sign. Rude woman in Shell shirt gets out of car parked at the front door and says very chippy we are closed. I have fleet cards am I able to use them I ask. No we are closed. As I'm driving away the lights and pumps turn on. Why couldn't she just say I'm sorry I'm running late give me 5 minutes. I'm fine with that, rather than give me bad attitude just to open minutes later. I'll never be back nor will any of my drivers. Not that we are the biggest customer but $400/wk in fuel won't be spent here.

I went in, to wash my car, after I bought gas at COOP, where I tapped successfully.I was not able to tap my credit card, even where I used it 5 minutes earlier at Coop. The attendant suggested I use another bay, which I did, with the same problem. I tried to buy tokens for the wash. but the attendant was not able to use my credit card [she said].I went to Big Bucket, where I tapped and washed my car with no problem,I drove by the Shell car-wash, after, to inform the lady attendant that I had indeed no problem at all, at COOP as well as at the BIG BUCKET carwash. She said as much as ''I can't help it''.I will not use the Crowfoot Shel carwash ever again.BTW: I was the only one person at the Shell carwash, where there were 10 cars at the Big Bucket.

I just want 87 regular oil ,but when I Press the 87 regular oil button,it automatically fill the 93 oil ,when I got the receipt I find it out ,and then I try to talking with the staff of the oil station,the two guy just told me it the system problem,they can not do nothing,they let me call the number on the receipt but always no body answer.Bad feeling, feel like rob your money!

I have a shell business card for fuel and ussuly fill up every second day...anytime between hours of 7 and 11 chances are car wash is "closed". employees wash out the bay for the shift most of the times 5 hours before close and refuse to let anyone use it afterwords...I wash as much as I fuel, typically $80 a week, your loss... big buckets gain, very rude employees, if there even present....there non existent few hours before close, doors locked, no answer...someone needs to take control of that place
