I went there today. The girl at the front counter doesn’t know anything about customer service I think. She didn’t say hi or even thank you or anything. I asked her something she didn’t reply.

I had no idea your front counter staff could be so miserable. Not one word spoken from your side of the counter, just scowles and smashing of items. Pretty terrible experience.

Stopped to fill in gas and my wife took our young son in to use the washroom. They wouldn’t let him use it. What sort of pathetic operation doesn’t allow the young child of a paying customer to use the washroom. I stopped the pump where it was and went to another place to fill up the rest.

There is a moth stuck in the screen at pump 7.Is your plan to wait the millions of years for it to break down into crude oil, or?I would like to fill up my tank without being reminded of the frailty of life.

Staff is friendly. But 1 particular employee always says he doesn't have change for cash purchases (a $50 dollar bill). It's frustrating and a waste of time. How do you not have $20 in your till for change? If you don't want to accept cash, just post that. Being the closest store to my house I frequent it often. Happens every time with this employee so I will go to Husky next door from now on. Don't expect to pay with cash unless you have exact amount.

Turn your fuel price sign off if you are closed. Me another guy were just charged 11 cents and 36 cents because the pumps worked for like 2 seconds. If the fuel price sign and lights around the pumps are on it usually indicates that self serve is open. Probably cost me more in bank fees for literally nothing.

My mom's lotto ticket was validated and not paid because no cash available. Ticket was return to my mother and $99 prize was already claim. Just be very careful .

They charge 6 cents per litre more on Premium gas.
