If I could give zero stars I would. Hours of operation for a gas station is awful. I walked in right at 10 pm and immediately was told that the pumps are off, I said I just wanted to buy a juice then and was told no even though they clearly weren’t fully closed yet. Seems like the a very lazy ran place where they could care less about making any sort of money. I will avoid this place for any purchase from now on, if I had no where else to go any I was on an empty tank I’d still avoid this place. Awful.

I got an email from Airmiles which said if I redeem 95 miles and got over 40 litres I would get 10 dollars off before June 30th. I was at the pump No 1, it never popped up the menus and asked you how much you would like to redeem from my Airmiles, so I had no way to get the 10 dollar discount Airmiles promised. I told Shell about the issue and I got the response: we can’t do anything about it! I felt disappointed.

Convenient store price are rocket high as compared to 7-11 and petro-canada which is nearby…if you want to use store will recommend other competitors as they are having fair prices.

I came here to get the gas…the person working in that shift was so helpful..I can around 7pm that too on Saturday…the person was amazing as he was so polite and greeted me nicely..I loved coming here and would recommend this gas station.

This place sucks… the manager on duty don’t let me to sell gas.. i came all the way to rockey ridge just get a gas due to it’s quiet cheaper. The manager Name DHRUV cannot do anything.. and its just 9:40 pm when i arrived at the store.. i have only cash in that time and he won’t let me sell the gas due to he’s closed already the machine!!!! For you as a manager on duty cannot do anything for selling a cash gas?!
