It’s the third time I come to this carwash and it doesn’t clean my car. Picture for reference. I buy the 20 washes card and was a loyal customer, but when you suddenly change the quality of the wash you have to notify your customers. I’m very frustrated and won’t ever use this carwash again. Terrible service here. I went to this gas station because I am living close by. I tried to use a coupon for 4 Cents off per liter up to CAD75 that I received after a grocery purchase in Safeway. The employee does not know how to apply the discount and said I need to go to a Safeway Gas Station. I showed that the coupon specify "To be use in any Shell station" but she mentioned she did not know anything about it. Bad service and not good for shell not honoring the discount. BTW was not expired.

Went to this shell after a road trip to get my car cleaned at the car wash. Spent the $15 to get the ultimate car Wash and it didn't even clean the bugs off the front off my car. The cashier (who said her name was Taj) wouldn't even issue me a new car wash or a refund. 0 out of 10 garbage service.

Very poor car wash ! Do not not waste you money here please choose other location. I have told them twice to fix it I has been weeks nothing has been done poor management. No one cares at this location.

Nice service at shell the attendant was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. She made sure to ensure my experience was great. Clean station, good customer service.

I purchased ultimate car wash, hoping it makes my car clean and shine, but after the car wash my car more or less looks the same as before. The stains on the front windshield, rear glass, side view mirrors and front and back bumpers and dust on the door were not cleaned. I don't understand what im i paying the ultimate car wash for ??? Pretty useless and total waste of time and money. People please stop wasting your money at this car wash. Thank you owner for nothing.

No one keeps transaction receipts now a days. How about fixing your car wash facility, just look into your reviews you can see all reviews are complaining about your useless carwash. Keep answering same answer to all the reviews. If your car wash facility does not do ita job, its better to shut down.

The car wash is a scam. Don’t buy their subscription. They promo the price but the damn car wash doesn’t open. What’s the purpose of having the subscription. I understand they close with freezing temperatures but even a beautiful day with 7 degrees outside they are still close. If you cannot offer the promotion, just don’t even try. Talked to their customer service and they don’t do anything to compensate you. Think about having the monthly subscription and they are closed for half of the month.

The car wash was closed due to weather which is understandable, but the associate and manager provided no assistance or compensation to make up for this. I am on a wash subscription so it’s a loss for me if I don’t get to wash on a specific day. Other gas stations have previously compensated with a wash for another day, terrible service from this one.
