I filled 43 litter gas, instead of 420KM I got 300KM mileage, comparing with other gas stations there is 100KM short?

I JUST CALLED HERE FOR SPEAKING WITH MANAGER BUT THE LADY IN FRONT OF ME TALKS SOO RUDE AND DID'NT LISTENTED TO ME .

There's a lady that works there, fancy nails, but a bad attitude, didn't acknowledge me as she was too busy being on her phone. The only reason this isn't 1 star is because I normally get another person who works there and she's great.
