Worst place in Calgary to get gas. Price is always 5 cents to 10 cents higher than anyone else in the area - when asked about this, dude at the cash register said Coppefield has a lot of high paying blue collar workers and rich people in the area who don't care how much gas is, they just pay and go.

Today night at 12:20am I visited the shop and requested to use washroom a guy inside closed the door and 1 minute ago I checked the door was opened, I just went to my car for grabbing my stuff in the meanwhile he locked, he didn't allowed me to use washroom, it's totally ridiculous,

I was on the way to work this morning and cut my finger really bad. I went into this Shell and asked for a bandaid. Shaman Pulled out her medical kit and helped me stop the bleeding. Thank you for her help! And sorry about the blood on the floor.

Car wash needs some TLC. It barely cleaned the car even after buying an ultimate wash :(

Absolutely horrible car wash! It couldn’t even clean the windshield properly! Do not waste your money, waited 50 minutes to get through, bought the deluxe most expensive $14.99 wash, and this is what the passenger side of the windshield looks like, so very disappointed.
Update: thank you Shell for reaching out, I don’t know if your machine was just not working correctly, but I appreciate you looking into it.

The deluxe car wash is absolutely terrible! It left a film of residue over my entire car and the windows appear dirtier than before entering the wash. I received a re-wash code and still no improvements. I’ve never been so disappointed with a car wash.

I'm going to give this location a second review at a once star rating after reading almost every customer that has been to this location has experience the same quality of service I have had for the THIRD TIME. We live in canada and deserve to have a quality of service ND cleanliness that our country requires like I mentioned before like having a clean bathroom to use when you need to go. Rather I had to go to another store and I will wipe the toilet seat with toilet paper if its dirty to sit down to do my business. But this needed to be professionally cleaned to say the least and many others also have had the same experience. I hope there is some adjustments made to this establishment in a major way because I am only one of many other people that did not feel satisfied with the services provided. Thank you very much for the understanding if there is any! Wish I took photos because it was very unpleasant and has a very musty/ rotten smell in that bathroom ?

Most unreliable corner store. Door was locked. Guy was too busy in the back. Knocked on window to use small window. Corner stores are meant to be useful for people at later hours of the evening. 1054pm and the door was locked and it said to use small side window. Guy wasn’t even available lol. Horrible and we are located in a good neighborhood. What a joke.

So, the fuel station and the convenience store seemed good enough. However, the 24-hour car wash in the neighborhood is quite the draw. However, it is arguably the worst touchless car wash in all of Calgary. Not just on one day, but seemingly every day. The undercarriage spray is too high pressure and you can hear it taking the paint off. Inside you'll find the alignment of the car wash is off and sometimes the wash arms will bump your vehicle. I've never seen this at any other car wash. The display inside the car wash telling you what chemical is being applied has been broken for what seems like forever. It's anybody's guess what stage of the car wash you're at. Lastly, don't expect a rinse. Twice in the last month I've been there and the lights are telling me to drive forward and I still have soap on my car! If a shell corporate executive tried to wash their car at this location. They would be furious at the results! The car wash is so bad that the clerks have been told to limit giving away free re-washes... Because people complain all the time.

If you say you are open 24 hours and the actual store is not. I went for gas and to get a drink and snacks before work at around 1215am.

Went to the store. I know it was early late at 1:00 in the morning and the doors had to be back in 5 minutes so I waited about 5 minutes they didn't. Come back so I went down the road. About 5 to 7 minute walk to the next 711 bought my stuff. There came back another 7 minutes and the door still wasn't open. And the person still wasn't there? I knocked to see if they were in the back. No one came out I pressed the buzzer no One came out and it still said be back in 5 minutes. I don't know what world their minute is in but it's clearly not the same as mine.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST UNLESS YOU ARE LOOKING FOR SOME HORRIBLE ATTITUDE!!! Shell reuses their Flex Pass card numbers when someone else is not using the card number. Went for a car wash with my Flex Pass today, and the machine said "wrong code". I went in for some clarifications and information. The lady told me that the card is inactive, and never explained the card expired in one year. Then she YELLED at me that she is not responsible for MY CARD in public. She then printed the 'history' of my card, and it's very long. I noticed a lot of the washes were done at Edmonton which I haven't been there for many years. And I asked her why this happened because I thought someone else is using my card. She thought I was trying to scam her, and then YELLED at me AGAIN. I told her that you don't need to talk to me like that, and I'm not trying to scam you or anything. She then YELLED at me again saying that this is my card and I'm responsible for my own card, the card won't work without the code. Then she stopped talking to me and helped with other people. My wife also had some difficult times with this same lady as well. This lady was very impatient with my wife and threw the lottery ticket on the desk almost every time. My wife went to other places and never had this kind of problem any more. NEVER COMING BACK AGAIN!!!
