  It is written, open until 11 pm, and the employee who worked on July 7 in the evening shift all the time closes earlier, and this is not the first time, I ask him to dismiss, because it is not the first time with him,other employees are normal, and this one is just rude and worthless

  Went at 8:30 and no was was there and it wasn’t open and I waited for 20 minutes in the cold. I also tried knocking and calling still nothing! so idk if you actually stay open till 11

  Indian lady was attitude to other guy also she is not friendly to me when I ask her for receipt and let her know that I can’t hear cuz I am deaf. She is very rude and bad attitude. I am complain report to Shell company about her. She have to respect for other peoples and be nice to everyone.
