This car wash was a frustrating experience. The machine did not spray soap and water properly; only the cloth was spinning. As a result, my car came out dirty. When I informed the attendant, he was unwelcoming and offered no assistance. He told me to call customer service to complain since I had purchased the car wash online. I ended up spending an hour on the phone with customer care, but the attendant did not answer their call. This was a painful experience, and I wasted both my time and money by going to this car wash.

I just saw a person smoking right in front of the windows cashier and as soon as I put it on the worker attention he doesn’t Care and told me let it go. Costumer’s safety should be first and even more when a costumer complains in a good manner.

The car wash is antiquated. it did not spray any water and my car was covered in soap when the track pushed my car out. the cloth things didn't touch one side of the car even tho I was in the track. The "wash" lasted about a minute. the attendant said it was my fault for not entering the car wash properly (i put car in neutral and turned off as the sign stated) and refused to let me rewash the car because I purchased the wash on the app instead of in the store. he expected me to pay again if I wanted the soap off. Don’t go to this car wash as they will rip you off!

The machine rarely ever gives out receipts in the mornings. It tells you to go see the cashier. When you're in a hurry and you want to pay at the pump that's one of the perks. When I go see the cashier he's too busy brushing his teeth which I'm all for oral hygiene. But I didn't have that much time. He kept on brushing his teeth instead.

Fix your customer service. Telling a customer that he is lying, when your car wash was the problem, not refunding him, then telling him you will give him part of his money back when he apologizes to you (when you were the one rude and hostile) is ridiculously outlandish. Do better.

On June 18, 2023, around 2:00 AM, I had a distressing encounter at a gas station where I was lied to by the attendant. They claimed they couldn't sell me gas due to pump issues, but instead of handling the situation professionally, they resorted to playing mind games. To my surprise, they prevented me from leaving the store by refusing to press the button that would open the exit door. Despite my attempts to push the door open, they taunted me to push harder, prolonging the unpleasant situation. The attendant was an older individual who exhibited signs of mental instability and a serious personality disorder. Their behavior was dangerous and disrespectful, making this one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever encountered. Consequently, I have decided not to patronize that location again, even though I initially intended to support Shell.I advise avoiding any interaction with this particular individual and refraining from pressing the intercom button twice. Doing so may result in denial of service and encountering an unpleasantly rude attitude. When I called back to reach the manager and address the situation, the worker continued to gaslight me by telling me to call back later and even intentionally directed me to a loud beeping noise on the phone. It is apparent that the attendant finds amusement in his actions and believes there will be no real consequences. Consequently, he continues to mistreat me without any accountability. Cultural enrichment!

No note or signage anywhere displayed to inform customers of no debit available.There must have been a reasonable explanation instead of the clerk not saying anything and making us all wait and then forcefully encouraging cash only.No good

Excellent customer service, clean facilities, convenient location.The staff and manager/owner at this location are so friendly, I’m always greeted with a smile & they are quick to help & answer any questions I may have. I love that shell takes AMA and my air miles & their equipment & machines are up to date & accurate. Plus they have a car wash.
