Very bad customer service. Got a car wash but dryer didn’t worked. Left my car all wet. I went inside and complained about that. Attended told they don’t give new car wash for dryer malfunctions. Only for cleaning malfunctions. Doesn’t make any sense

Bought a flex car wash used it once still 4 left and now doesn’t work! Employee at the gas station told us to call 1-800…. all she can say sorry some of the station are not working!

Came a little after midnight to fuel up my truck (I am a commercial). After I finished fueling the terminal just blackscreened on me and I didn't got the receipt so I'll get reimbursed for the fuel. There was nobody in the station. The light were on, I saw some personal stuff on the counter. When I pressed the button to call someone nobody answered, called the number on the maps - no answer. Totally not a 24 hour service.
The other day bought 3 pack of ice (2.3kg each) but got charged for the 12kg packs. I came the next day in the morning to the counter after I noticed that I got overcharged. The cashier told me that there is nothing that she can do and I have to come when the cashier that charged me will be there. Still didn't got my money, total BS

So bad the sign says 149.9 but all the pumps are 1.729 that’s crazy. Also mid-grade is 1.999 and premium is 2.279 don’t ever get gas here.

Car wash doesn't work. When it's not working, staff don't bother putting up the "car wash closed" sign. Very frustrating. Why I hate coming to the NE. People just don't care.

please tell your retail assosiates to pay attention to customers.Your retailers kept talking on personal phone all the time and didn't even bother to help customers.most likely in evening time.

This is ridiculous. The big sign before you drive into the site says 134.9 and when I was at the tank I noticed a difference which read 1.589. To me this looks its false advertising and people are being ripped off. I spoke to the guy inside and he said confidently the prices are the same. Which I argued and showed him the pictures. Anyway stay away from this place.

Worst experience ever at a shell Gas station.This place need to be shut down or staff needs to be replaced completely.Especially cashier named Avinesh who usually work night shifts is a Scam artist & extremely Rude & arrogant and unprofessional.i caught him charging me the stuff i never got & when asked for refund he started yelling at me & told me to leave & never come back again.As a regular customer this kind of service & behaviour is totally unacceptable.Please provide me details for head office contact information.i would seriously like to report this person to higher Authorities.Thanks
