It cost $200 for someone to just confirm that a sensor was broken on a 2 year old truck... then told it would cost about $1000 to fix. I searched up a YouTube video and figure I can do it in less than an hour myself and the part costs $180 to buy online.

This used to be a great dealership until it got a new ownership that doesn't care about its clients. The only thing good is the existing staff. All the newly hired staff are rude and heartless. Took my truck in to find out that I needed a new exhaust, and it would take 5 to 7 business days to get. I called after 14 days because there was no communication to find out that the part had not arrived and was told that if you didn't get a call from us, it means the part is not here. I proceeded to tell John that it would have been nice to get some type of communication after the 7 business days that they were still waiting on the part, but i had to call. No one offered me a loaner or anything, and when I asked, the response from John was that if I had one, I would have offered it to you. I then got a call the next day saying that the part had arrived and oh got some bad news its damaged and we will have to re order it. Not being told how long it would be now, I asked, and the response was won't be any quicker it's the same part getting order it will take another 5 to 7 business days. I said, "You mean over 14, so you are going to have my truck for almost a month." The response was I can't make the part get here any faster. I again asked about a loaner as i have been without a vehicle for over 2 weeks at this point. Finally, after having to get upset, John said i will see if we have one. Hailey, another existing employee who is amazing, got me a loaner. But it was all the sarcasm from John that was being given that makes this the worst part. If this was the old ownership, this would have never happened, and the communication would have been ongoing. Not only that, you would think after having my truck for almost a month, they could have washed it. My truck has never been this dirty as long as i owned it. I can say that Linden is one of the best employees at this dealership once again a pre-existing employee and always looks after everyone.

Great service all around, good location for me as well, will be making this location my go to for any service needs in the future. I called multiple locations to get my vehicle looked at and they were at least two weeks backed up and shaganappi location was able to help me within a few days. Thanks so much.

I have dealt with Shaganappi for a while now and i always get great service. When Stephanie assists me she is always very professional, friendly and kind, she is awesome to deal with.
As a whole I am treated very well at Shaganappi so I will continue to get my vehicle serviced here.
