I've been with this pharmacy since it first opened. Shane, the owner is very experienced, knowledgeable and wonderful in handling insurance billing as well as complex care patients. He also offers hormonal testing and nutritional advice. He was very helpful in suggesting diabetes treatment, and which treatments are covered by provincial health plans.

We had a pleasure to arrive at the pharmacy with my daughter one evening to take a strep test. The staff were the best, very compassionate and friendly. When we’ve got the results they filled out the prescription super quickly.

I was looking for a pharmacy that actually cares about their customers and this place did not disappoint! I called in the morning to find out the process of changing pharmacies and by the early afternoon my charts were all at Seton Remedy RX and he had my refills ready for pick up. The customer service and the owner/pharmacist is amazing. You won’t be disappointed that’s for sure!

Absolutely LOVE Shane & his staff!! So accomodating! Goes the extra mile to ensure prescription changes are correct! This is definitely the place to go if you need a pharmacy in Seton and area!
