I haven’t been to Sephora in a long time and I have to say I was very disappointed a lot of the fragrances I wanted to try were empty but not only that found the store to be very dirty

Just had a makeover done by the wonderfully talented Oriana C. and I absolutely loved it! Oriana went above and beyond to ensure my makeup looked flawless. She made me feel so comfortable and relaxed and kept checking in during the process to ask if I liked the makeup or wanted any add-ons which was so sweet. Oriana was really accommodating, skilled, friendly and I loved our chats. 10/10 would definitely recommend!! <3

I went to Sephora Dec 18, 2024 and had Ella (I believe was her name?) help me out. She is so helpful, polite, honest and has a great attitude. She helped me find a foundation for my troubled skin and a bronzer. I used the products she recommended today and they work wonderfully! She deserves a raise!

Popped by this location to try to find an item for my daughter. The saleswoman who helped me was so lovely and knowledgeable, she suggested a number of good alternatives and explained how to use the products and what the benefits of each are. She listened to my preferences and honoured those. I will return to this location

I had such an amazing experience at this Sephora! Vidushi was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Both Vidushi and Oriana took the time to listen to my needs and helped me find the perfect products for my skin type and beauty goals. I really appreciated how knowledgeable and patient Oriana was, explaining everything in detail and offering great suggestions without any pressure. It felt more like a personalized shopping experience than just a trip to a store. I left feeling confident in my choices and excited to try my new products. Highly recommend this location—I will be back because of how amazing Vidushi and Oriana were!

Generally I like going to Sephora but this time they did not know their product for skin care but they tried to give me advice. At the end I asked for sample to try, they gave me sample but when I got home the serum already dried as they were so cheap . For the cream maybe I could have try it once hahaha . It was funny never I had that in the past they always have me to try for a week but anyway I went to shoppers and got a better experience as they had less product but they knew them and they gave me sample that can last 2 weeks to try . When You are ready to buy a cream and serum for 120 each as minimum give your customer sample for couple of days don't be so cheap . I don't think I will return there. Very disappointing

I have been shopping at sephora for over 10 years and at south centre sephora, they have an amazing Operations employee with blonde hair who helped me on the floor with skincare and haircare. She was such a welcoming and kind person at sephora, the location is always clean and fully stocked. Will recommend location to anyone in need of beauty products and friendly staff

I went here to buy a perfume and as i was purchasing the cashier told me if i bought an eye mask or a face mask i could get a goodie bag filled with sample skin care, so i got a eye mask. when i already left the mall i realized the girl didn’t give me the goodie bag filled with sample skin care. i felt scammed 🙄

Went to this store and none of the staff there assist me because i saw most of them just chitchatting 🤦🏻♀️ as a supervisor in a different business we always make sure to provide best customer experience and i dont think this store can do that not only that ive purchased a rare beauty item from this store before but i only did get a damaged item the staff didnt even bother to check the item before giving it to me. Unlike in other store they usually checked it before giving it away to the customer especially if it comes with a box. 🤦🏻♀️ super bad customer service experience.
