The employees are very nice, knowledgeable, and quick to help, but there is too much chatting on shift, which feels unprofessional. I also came in on Boxing Day to redeem my birthday gift (my birthday is December 25) and was told they were out. This apparently happens every year, which is disappointing.

I’m genuinely upset about the service I received today. I asked a staff member for Kayali Vanilla 28, and instead of helping me, she looked me up and down, gave a dismissive comment about there being “a lot of Kayali vanilla perfumes,” and walked away. No effort to help, no follow-up, nothing.
I stood there for almost 30 minutes trying to get assistance while this same employee did absolutely nothing. She was an older woman with copper coloured hair. During that entire time, she was applying lip gloss and fixing her makeup rather than doing her job or helping customers.
When I spoke to another employee and was told this person is considered a “brand ambassador,” I was honestly embarrassed for the brand. If this is who represents your company, that’s a problem.

Booked for a makeup services at this location yesterday for a wedding and the makeup artist was awesome she was patient and listened to what i wanted and was very helpful with picking out my lashes awesome service and great staff would highly recommend and want to say thank you sooo much for making me look so beautiful.

Absolutely 0 customer service at this location. Walked in made eye contact with tons of workers, and not 1 of them smiled or even said hi. Walked to the perfume and was having trouble finding the one I wanted. Found a worker, but she was busy doing inventory or something. Asked her if she could help me find the brand, and she continues to point in a general direction. After asking multiple times where she's pointing at, she finally walks me to the stand and then immediately leaves. Waited for someone to help me get a bottle, ended up just leaving and decided to just buy online.

Unfortunately, my first time visiting Sephora in Canada was this store. They charged me twice and are refusing to provide a refund.
I visited on December 6th. I paid using my apple card on apple pay. The lady said it didn’t go through but was pending on my end. Manager goes to look at something and returns to say they didn’t receive anything on their end and I have to pay again. I pay using a different card/account. Manager states if the pending charge posts to my account, return and they will refund me. It posted. I was charged twice on two separate cards. I return to the store, and they are unable to help me other than “submit a ticket”. Online customer service says I have to handle it with the store directly. They have never answered the phone. So because Sephora was refusing to return the extra they took from me, I filed a dispute with one of my banks. Receipts, transaction IDs and everything. And now Sephora is contesting it. What an actual shame. Very, very disappointed.

I was here last month and Aynslee was so amazingly helpful!! I do my fair share of Sephora shopping but usually go to Chinook but the interaction with Aynslee made me want to come back here. She was so patient, and helpful. I actually bought a few more things than planned because her recommendations were so good. Please someone give that woman a raise. Probably my best experience at Sephora in the past 10 years

Sexist store.
Came in to buy a gift as a guy and the guard stared me down while I was looking for the item. Then she casually walked away and an employee conveniently came to replace her. At least ask me if I need help instead of giving me suspicious looks. Trust me I wouldn't be buying from your store if I had a choice. For the record, I found and paid for the item but rest assured I'll never shop here again or just start stealing since the staff is basically egging me to.

I was disappointed at first because I came for the black friday sale and bought a few things including perfume. It was the wrong bottle and I ended paying more for a similar one. I came back and the lady that helped me before wasn't avaliable but Alice was so amazing. She knows what shes doing and apprantly they had 2 bottles left of the perfume I did want and she found it in the back at the very bottom of a box because it wasn't in the front in their drawers. Not only is she fast and efficient but so sweet and understanding. Making my experience much better I will definitely come back.
