I usually have a positive experience at this Sephora location, but my recent visit was disappointing due to the behavior of a specific employee. From the moment I entered, I felt uncomfortable as she followed me around the store, seemingly assuming I was there to steal. Instead of offering assistance or product recommendations, her actions made me feel scrutinized and unwelcome.
Shopping at Sephora should be enjoyable, but her approach was invasive and unprofessional. I hope management can address this issue, as it took away from what is usually a great shopping experience.

Super disappointed with how the state of the store was in. Very very messy. The lady I talked to was nice, but I couldn't get past how untidy the make up displays were. Sorry, I won't be back.

I loved Erin. She helped me get my Sephora account setup and plus she gave me a ton of samples to pick out my next fragrance. She was very helping and kind.

Erin was extremely helpful with my fragrance needs and she helped me with buying a new cologne she was super nice and very good customer service I also appreciate that they have lots of fragrances that aren’t in shoppers

The girl Asha made me and my friend’s experience so lovely, she was super sweet and really helpful. Definitely coming back!! I’ve never been to a Sephora this inviting and welcoming and she played a huge role in that ❤️

I recently visited Sephora and had a very unpleasant experience. I was wearing casual clothing and felt immediately judged by some of the staff. Their behavior made me feel like they were looking down on me because of my appearance, which is a form of classism. The last cashier was particularly rude and unhelpful. She seemed rushed and eager to get rid of me. It's disappointing to see that a company like Sephora, which claims to be inclusive, would allow this kind of discriminatory behavior.

April took such good care of me with my hair questions. Tristan was also such a gem. I was looking for inexpensive alternatives for the Dior lip stain and he was super lovely.

Terrible service as soon as I walked in they assumed I was stealing just because I look young and was sick and didn’t dress up all fancy, horrible staff so disappointed

Sephora has gone DOWNHILL. The service here is atrocious.
It’s like the management team hires people who have never engaged in any form of customer service, throws them in and hopes for the best.

This location has a lot of brands and products, it seems to be the biggest Sephora in Calgary but I always find it a hassle to go here. I am a rouge member and have visited Sephoras all over Canada and the world for that matter. This location constantly has a huge line and minimal staff working on the cashes. Last time I was in a few days ago, the line was huge and there was only one person working on cash, while the other employees were walking around doing other things. I feel a big line up should be prioritized. When I checked out, the staff at the cash was looking around, speaking to other staff, and generally not paying attention to what he was doing. It took 4 staff to figure out how to process my rouge reward. Some didn’t know what it was and I had to ask for a manager. Then, staff kept reading the screen wrong and struggled to process the rouge reward for about 15-20 minutes. This isn’t a one off either, I find this Sephora is unpleasant to go to every time so I avoid it as much as I can.

I always love coming to Sephora, my experience is always very pleasant. Jennifer was one of the ladies who so kindly helped me out. She was super kind and easygoing which made the shopping experience wonderful.
Angelica was another one of the ladies who was so kind and checked me out at the till.
Love Sephora and the ladies who helped me out!! 10/10 experience?

Can you guys start hiring competent people. Lady at the register was smacking on her gum. Didn’t listen to a single word I said when I said I was doing an exchange for a different shade she tried to charge me double. I asked why it was $80 she said because I’m buying two with an attitude. Didn’t listen to a single word I said.
