I've been dealing with Script Pharmacy for a few years now and never had any issues until today.My doctor went on maternity leave and I needed my prescription filled so I had to wait a week for the new prescription to be written.My doctors office finally called and said that they had sent my new prescription over to Script Pharmacy so I called Script right away to see if they received it and the girl that answered the phone said nothing came in yet but as soon as it does they will call me.Well nearly a month later I contacted Script Pharmacy to see what is going on, normally I would of called a day or two after but since I had some of my prescription left I waited to hear from them.When I finally called back they said that they had the prescription ready nearly a month agoI asked why hasn't anyone called me to let me know it was ready and they said someone should of but nevertheless I just said can you please deliver it and I hope your waiving the fee for delivery.Today I get a call from John the manager Script Pharmacy and he begins to defend his staff and say that someone definitely would of called me a month ago that it was ready and he had to throw out the old medication and remake a new one and he's not going to waive the fee?!So to sum this all up script pharmacy received my new prescription a month ago, filled an order, said they called left a voice-mail it was ready but never followed up, just left my medication sitting there and until I called, wondering what's going on, then threw out the month old medication and remade a new one, and decided to charge me regardless, cause apparently they called once in January. What a joke!I've been with this pharmacy for just over 2 years now, no issues but the one time something arises I find out what kind of people I'm truly dealing with, I'm definitely taking my business elsewhere as they don't deserve to see a penny of profit from me, however this owner/manager is probably the most unprofessional person I've ever dealt with it but I guess it just shows you can have all the education you want and even run a business but have zero common sense and integrity.

I have been working with script for a couple years now due to my work and every time I am always so satisfied with their services! All the staff at script are amazing, so kind and great at what they do! Shaniqwa always ensures I am taken care of and that my order is filled, always is so fast at getting everything ready and sorted. I am so thankful to work with such a great pharmacy for all my clinic’s needs! Will not go anywhere else ☺️

I leave a review only when I experience awesome service and Script Pharmacy is nothing but the most wonderful. Today was my first time being a customer and only because Script Pharmacy happen to be the only place in Calgary able to fill the prescription ordered by my Eye Specialist. From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with a nice, beaming smile and Thomas was the best and most attentive! John was very clear, professional and patient with his explanation and Lori made the blood draw process the most comfortable I’ve ever had. Not a single thing wrong with this exceptionally professional operation and I was even informed of delivery options. Oh ya and calling back to get through to someone was effortless. Wowed by the service here, needed a prescription last minute before the long weekend and the man helping us went out of his way to call Shoppers to transfer my prescription and fill it. Even though they were closing didn’t feel rushed at all. Will be getting all of my prescriptions here. Also fastest prescription fill I’ve ever seen!

I have been purchasing prescriptions and supplements from Script for a number of years and have almost always experienced great service and pleasant staff. They have alot of supplements that I can not get at any other location in Calgary too! Thank you Script.
