Meghan at the deli was extremely nice! Her co worker Leah on the other hand was super rude. Should probably get some training on customer service. Was surprised at how ignorant she was like wow ?

I would strongly advise against shopping here if you wish to avoid the risk of racial profiling and being unjustly detained. An instance occurred where an individual was detained for three hours merely for using a basket to carry groceries, with no access to a cellphone to notify others of his well-being. This type of excessive and unwarranted detention, particularly for such a routine activity, highlights a concerning issue with the treatment of customers and may cause significant distress and inconvenience.

The chubby guy at the self checkout on the evening shift is so ignorant rude and doesn’t honour his words he has zero clue about the store products ,services and customer service .he kept me waiting for 30 minutes to blow a helium balloon he was bossing some one else to do it they were both arguing and yelling at each other in front of me with tow babies with me but both ended up not doing .
if you’re not trained to do your job so don’t promise the customer and waste their time
Never coming back to deal with such ignorant unqualified person who can’t do simple job.

Customer service that created one ☝️ day and cause a problem but in all the act floor manger’s level in helping got the inquiries mixed up into a roller coaster theme and another manager ( main manager ) I known before jumped in and helped after ℹ explained the problem to her. The cashier ( across the floor from customer service ) ☝️ got deeply concerned about customer ( me ) because she noticed my medical issue ( as to find if I was okay ?❤️ ) and the cashier ( next one ) had to take every out of the bag ( the way I sort it , not too heavy and cut the bagging at end of the line ( cashier ) I try asked her if you take them out , know how to put 5hem back in same way ) mainly those things bulk type ( no bag big enough ) it took longer to clear and see why they were bag already . In all 2 cashier ( I deal with ) had to know that if they remove from bag ?, put them back Same way ( reason ) less confusion . In all the writing ✍? I used to write message back and forward got missing and today the customer service team looked up founded the pad,known I would try calling ( they I think say yep we got it , okay Mon June 3 24) we keep it for you ( named) . Now that was really helpful and rate went up .

This store has always had an odd layout. I only ever go here when I'm in the mall and need to grab something to take home, but just something about this store feels off everytime I'm in there.
I know personal thing but there are other safeways that just have better shopping flow.
