Unmotivated staff, very unhelpful.
All I needed was a invoice of purchase for my phone that I bought from them 6 months prior and not one staff member could help and kept sending me away. I visited the store 3 times. I had to call Rogers and have them open a ticket for me to get the invoice because the store failed to email it to me the day I purchased it.
The first time we showed up, store hours posted that they were opened, nobody answered the door and there was no one inside.

Just had worst experience of my life with low quality customer service I have seen since I have been to Canada. Please take action on the staff that you have in this location. The staff particularly one person is unprofessional and is bringing reputation down of your organization. He is racist and rude.

Website says they are open on Sundays from 12:00 to 5:00pm. Came here seeing this. But it’s closed. Wasted my time. They should at least update in the website if they change the open hours.
