Happy to share my seamless and wonderful experience with Rogers (together with Shaw) today. The representative Akshat was immensely helpful to offer the best Internet deal at most affordable price. He possess great customer service skills with excellent communication and interaction etiquette. I would recommend to visit the Rogers kiosk located at the Marlborough Mall and meet Akshat for any services offering from Rogers. Thank you!

Ali was awesome at the Kiosk near the food court. He was attentive and informative.I had to transfer 5 lines and he did it for me with ease.The other employee was uninterested in helping and wanted to leave as soon as he could. Not exactly the type of individual you'd want to have when getting help. Complains and has an unhelpful ego.Fortunately Ali was able to help us out transferring the 5 lines from Shaw. Would recommend family/friends see him for support.

Worst customer service ever! Rogers as company is a joke, anyone as an employee is so mismanaged and misinformed when attempting to assist customers with a problem.Scenario: My contract has finally come to an end! Thankfully. I had to return the device in regard to the policy I had agreed upon when signing the contract. Anyways, the device was successfully returned and the employee working there at the time I had dealt with DID’NT update or make note of this on my previous said account. Now I have a balance owing of $500+ on my cancelled account due for May 11th, 2023. I had to call in to customer service so they can track the phone and relieve my account of this outstanding balance, which they are still unsure of when and how long this will actually take. Meaning if it surpasses the due date that potentially effects my credit. Absolutely ridiculous system and account management from every chain of command. Don’t ever sign a contract with Rogers, you’ll regret it!

Great staff that work at this location! Always ready and willing to help. They also have lots of stock in their newest phone. I also like how they go the extra mile to assist you if they know you are frustrated!
