Customer service is becoming more and more important to me, and I’m willing to drive further if I know the service is good.Went to the post office here this morning. Not only was the line up minimal, but the lady helping me was simply outstanding! And she could’ve just assisted me, and sent me on my way. Instead she PROACTIVELY took it upon herself to suggest money saving opportunities for me, AND helped me take advantage of them as well. Totally impressed! Will be back, and I hope Rexall realizes the part Canada Post’s staff is playing in pulling in additional clientele for them. Well done!???

Arlene and the prescribing pharmacist (sorry I forgot the man's name) were very helpful with transferring a prescription from a different Rexall pharmacy to the Mackenzie Towne one. Overall a great experience, I really appreciated the excellent communication from Arlene.

All pharmacy employees are nice but the system in place is flawed. 6 months in a row I got a notification that my dogs medication is ready for pickup. When I show up they say they only could fill part of it and will need come back at a later date. How can my order be ready but have to come back every time? Will get my vet to send our prescription elsewhere

From the front end staff to the pharmacy and post office A I've never had a bad experience at Rexall McKenzie Towne. Pharmacists have gone out of their way to help me in the past as well as those at the post office. I haven’t lived within city limits for 5 years yet this is my go-to pharmacy.

I’m not sure what these other customers are talking about, best pharmacy I’ve been too, always friendly and timely, thank you guys today for helping me! Would highly recommend, and too the people that are “not satisfied “ I’m sorry you were having a bad day that day; no need too blame our pharmacist!

Debbie in the post office here is probably the angriest and rudest person i've ever met in a retail space. Ive gone there numerous times to drop off packages that are already labeled and just need a receipt, and each time she sighs and throws stuff down and across the counter like i am ruining her day by asking her for something.From the other reviews, it seems like im not the only person that feels this wayIf anyone is planning on using Canada Post here, go in the evening. The other staff are much more enjoyable to work with - Especially Karen.

The manager on duty filling out Uber eats orders at Feb 8th 4:07 pm was the rudest person I’ve ever had to interact with. I asked her how to find the code for the Uber eats and she told me it was her problem. She was so rude I told her to just cancel my order because I didn’t want to deal with her and she told me she won’t cancel and if I don’t tell her the code Im not getting my stuff or my money. Horrible know I know why the reviews for this Rexall is so bad. If the leadership at Rexall want to stay afloat they would fire her.

Best pharmacy in the area - used to go to the shoppers in the area but always had issues.Prescriptions are easy to fill, and the drive through makes it easy to pick up when you aren’t feeling well.The canada post in this location also never seems to have a long line and is easy to access and use.

Recently moved into the area, been coming to this pharmacy for all my medicine needs. The pharmacy staff are always busy, lots of customers, but I am always greeted with a smile and leave with a smile, they always will make time for every customer to have the same positive experience. It’s nice to see, and I genuinely feel like the staff care about their customers.The store staff are super friendly and helpful and have even suggested where I can find something nearby, if they don’t have it or it’s out of stock.
