I went to Canada Post today to return a defective stroller to Amazon. The date was October 20th at 1:58 PM when I received my receipt. I told Parneet that I wanted to send off the package, which had my return label already on it. When she asked how big it was, I said it’s 50 lbs. I’m paying for the shipping, and Amazon said they would reimburse me. Right away, she gave me an attitude for no reason. I’m assuming because of how big my package was.
She measured the package and then told me it was too big. I said, “Huh? It’s 50 lbs—Canada Post is the only way to return to Amazon. It’s a $500 stroller, and I need to get my money back.” She shrugged and said there was nothing she could do. I asked if there was a supervisor or another employee because her information was incorrect. I then requested a note stating that the package was too big, and she insisted I didn’t need one. Finally, she walked away to get her supervisor.
Eric, another worker, or he may have been the supervisor - came over to help me, and he was amazing! Parneet told me that the package is too big and she can’t do anything about it. Eric then told her it should be fine as it’s only 50 lbs and that the max weight is actually 300 lbs, so my package was fine. He did everything to ensure my package shipped successfully, even troubleshooting some errors in the system. He mentioned that this rarely happens but that my package might have gone through a third party since I had to pay shipping fees. I thanked him for his help and received my tracking number and receipt to send back to Amazon for my reimbursement.
I am very upset about the TERRIBLE service from Parneet. Instead of apologizing for her mistake or simply telling me she would get another employee, she belittled me and tried to embarrass me in front of other customers. She then walked away as if she had done nothing wrong.
I hope a manager talks to Parneet after seeing this review because this is completely unacceptable!

If you need drug store items and maybe a postal item locations. THEN THIS IS WHERE YOU NEED!!! I live in the area and I love and support this location.

I have dealt at the Pharmacy for years and the always friendly staff have gone that extra mile on many occasions to make my life easier and I thank them greatly. My wife has an incurable disease and they have helped us in many ways.

Joy is a wonderful lady and absolutely amazing at customer service she told me all the best deals and very pleasant. The pharmacy and people that work there are amazing as well. Love this store and all the people that work there. ❤️

I recently visited the Rexall store, and I must say that the staff was exceptionally helpful. From the moment I walked in, they greeted me warmly and assisted me with my inquiries. Whether it was finding a specific product or understanding the details of a prescription, they went above and beyond to ensure I had a positive experience.

Following your posted hours would be amazing. Arrived at 6:20 on Saturday, posted hours are open till 9:00. Store was closed.

Literally arrived the minute the post office was supposed to close and then stood at the counter for a few minutes waiting for assistance. After that time had passed, a staff member decided to appear and tell me the post office was closed. Had that Rexall employee actually been at the counter until closing time this wouldn't have been an issue. And surely they could have offered to scan my parcel 5 minutes after closing. You decide if that's customer service or not.

Good store and convenient Canada post location but pretty bad pharmacy there pick up is tremendously slow even when there are 3-4 employees working on getting proscription ready. Elderly Male Pharmacist in evening always puts u on hold n starts doing something else. Make sure to grab your prescription by afternoon or something....

You don’t have to worry if you need to buy a medicine at night time coz they are still open until 9:00 pm. They were always a life saver for me specially when my son is still a toddler and we run out of his medicine at night.
