They will straight up lie to you about the sticker price you're paying and try to conceal it by only showing you your payments. They also advertise the 'lowest prices in alberta' but charge over 2k in bs fees. When I was trading in a car for a used truck I did the math on a loan calculator before hand and they kept coming up with payments that were $10-15/month more than what the calculator came up with. It doesnt sound like much but over a 5 year term it adds up to too much. At my interest rate and term it was in excess of a $3000 difference. They also tried to explain it verbatim: "oh sometimes when you do a trade-in the trade-in is calculated differently". After 4 times going back and forth they finally did the price / payments right according to the original trade in offer and truck sticker price. They also promised a second fob and better detail in the truck before purchase and then refused to honour either after I signed the paperwork.
Once you buy from here they will call you every week asking to buy your vehicle back so they can try and bend you over on a trade in. Today was the 12th call I've got from them and every single time I nicely explained I don't have the vehicle anymore and to be taken off the call list. Today I got the 12th call from these people and as I was explaining it for the 12th time he hung up on me in the middle of me talking. I ignored the first call from them but he double called me so I thought it might be important. Photo included is his double call and me answering the second time.
The sales guy I had when I bought my truck also bragged about joyriding in their vehicles on the regular.
Just your average slime ball dealership, nothing special. If you don't get it on signed paper, they won't give it to you. You need to double check their math and pay attention to everything they're charging you for or you will get bent over.
The rudeness from the last sales caller is the reason for finally posting this review.
If you want to go somewhere and get bent over, or have to keep your guard up so you don't, this is a great place.
I ended up buying a brand new truck from Great West Chrysler in Edmonton and after almost a year later, that place is 1000x better than this dealership.

I had an amazing experience at this dealership everyone was so friendly and helpful. My salesman Austin Hamilton was absolutely dedicated to getting me into the right truck and got me an amazing deal! I highly recommend him and his team! Tried purchasing a used vehicle. Granted my credit isn't the best. I worked with them to try and find a vehicle. The first time I went down, the vehicle wasnt even available to be viewed. Found out after the financing was pre-approved for a different truck completly. Agreed to the other vehicle, got told financing needed another inspection done. Well there inspection showed it needed upwards of 2k worth of work. So that vehicle won't work. Communication has been subpar the whole process with rarely even a response to my question or inquiries. I had requested updates throughout and never gotten responses. Ended up closing a deal with another dealership.
