Worst Superstore! They tell you:” You’re 10 for 10 items out the bin is not $10 and that you are lying” fix your system and please, for the love of peter pan, let Karen at customer service go. You will do us and the store a huge favor.

Large Superstore with lots of selection. Decent amount of parking. Lots of vegan items. Shelves are well stocked. Lots of baby items, lots of health and beauty items. Cashier was super nice. Good location to come for shopping.

We couldn't find it!
Yes, that is weird as it supposed to be really big supermarket. But it wasn't there.

Karen at customer service is very unpleasant and unprofessional. The company should consider letting her go. She’s a very bad rep for the company. And a lot more people on here also agree!

I started buying my weekly groceries from RCSS because of their competitive prices, well stocked shelves, favorable shopping environment and being a Canadian owned/run store. But the trully unfriendly attitude of their cashiers put me off. Happened a few times at this store. To clarify these cashiers appeared very friendly to the Caucasian shoppers but when it was my turn (South East Asian), they turned immediately ice cold. I never imagined I would get treated so badly in this beautiful city and country by people coming from my side of the world. My comment will probably not make any difference and I will still shop at RCSS just at another branch (self check out is convenient), but Walmart staff and cashiers are a thousand times more welcoming.

We went to get jumbo size blueberry muffins. None were out. We went to ask the baker. And she was extremely rude to my husband. She went to go grab the jumbo size muffins and slam the tray down and then stuck the sticker on the wrong part of the container. All because we asked her to do her job. Asian woman. Then another Asian cashier was very unpersonable and just rude as well. Are all the employees have No people skills..just rude to do their basic jobs? How are people hired here If they don't like interacting with people????

I walked up to the pharmacy drop off. One employee was there, looked straight at me and walked away. I turned and looked at another employee at a till and he said to wait. It was a strange series of choices. it leaves a potential customer with the impression they could not be bothered. I guess their prescription counts are so high they don't need a family of 5 as customers. Needless to say, I took my prescriptions to Safeway. As a businessperson myself I would be furious if I had high cost employees like pharmacists helping push customers to competitors.

Purchased chicken in the $15 pack, June 1, 2024. Pulled it from the fridge today, June 3, 2024 to cook. The chicken was green, smelled foul and required a return, (Best Before date of June 4, 2024).
This is not an uncommon occurrence at this store. In the last 5 times here, spent additional time in the produce section avoiding picking up bad produce. Specifically the onions, on the displays, several were covered in mold, and mushy. The bell peppers were wrinkly, and very few were suitable for purchase. Very disapointing as this is the store I prefer to shop for my weekly needs, but in light of these quality issues will be seeking alternate stores.

One of the busier Superstores in Calgary. However, we always managed to find a good parking spot.
The layout is similar to other Superstores. Yes, there are some odd layouts in other Superstores (country hills comes to mind).
The Joes area is decent and we love shopping for our kids clothes there. They have great styles with affordable prices. Lots of time, the clearance sale makes it even better.
We found the fruit and vegetable area clean and organized. The fruits and vegetables are fresh most of the time. We do a lot of our produce shopping at this Superstore.
The meat area is clean and the variety covers what we need. The sale items are usually in stock so you won't be disappointed.
Check out is busy but we find that they open enough tills that we get through within 10 to 15 mins.
It's Superstore. You know what you're expecting. This is a decent one.

I visit this store since 2022.On March 9th 2024, around 12.15 p.m.–1.30 p.m., I visited Canadian super store to purchase my weekly groceries, and once I reached the cashier, I experienced one of the worst experiences ever in a Canadian super store. NANCY needs some proper customer training on how to be polite and nice . She should promote promotion or charity to all the customers rather than picking based on nationality asking them to buy. This is my second experience with Nancy at thecashier. The first time, I thought she might be having a bad day, so I ignored her and moved on. But today, I felt to leave a review. We do not get stuffs for free. We customers pay for it. People like Nancy will ruin the reputation, and she must know the value of customer service and the long-term value of a customer.
