Stupidstore living up to its name. Everybody self checkout has to wait for some lady to waddle around to give stamps. Take the stamps and shove them where to sun doesn't shine. Also maybe get a couple more people at self checkout if you going to run stupid promos.

I’m extremely dissatisfied with my experience tonight. At 7:59pm, a self check out employee thought it was ok to hover over my shoulder the entire transaction as I was scanning my item and continued even after I paid. The woman was noticeably profiling me and my sister due to looking alternative (gothic). Another customer noticed and even made a comment to the employee as he also saw the unfair treatment we were receiving. I will not be returning or recommending this facility to potential customers. Please inform your employees that discriminating and profiling customers will NOT make them want to return.

I placed an order for Click and Collect on September 15, 2024 at 11:45am for pick up between 7-730pm. I received an email on the same day at 1 PM stating my order was delayed. I received no further communication other than the emails. I didn’t receive a phone call or any explanation of why my order was delayed or how long it was going to be delayed. Fast forward to the following day September 16, 2024 10:01am. I receive an email stating my order is ready for pick up. Our order being delayed until the following day is already an inconvenience in itself because we were counting on that for Sunday so everybody would have lunches for Monday. I left work early to pick up our order and arrived at Superstore just before 2PM. I used the app to check in and make note of which parking spot I was in, I then waited another 45 minutes for my order to finally come out. I got home only to realize that out of 46 items I ordered 21 of those items were missing. I called the Click and Collect line at the store and talked to a young girl, I asked to speak to a manager, she refused to transfer me and said they were in a meeting. I then called the regular store number and a lady answered continuing to give me pushback about wanting to speak to a manager. Finally a manager named Ryan comes on the phone. I explained to him that I’m extremely unhappy that my order is a day late and I’m also missing 21 items. He tells me that people called in sick and it was human error. His attitude towards my concern was condescending and dismissive. He had absolutely zero interest in listening to anything that I had to say. Not once did I receive an apology. All he needed to say was I’m sorry this has happened and I’ll make it right. Instead, he decided to be combative, condescending and dismissive towards me. I informed him I would be making a complaint to corporate. He then threatened me by saying he would be telling corporate about my behavior as well. The only thing I’m guilty of is raising my voice to him because I was rightfully upset. I never swore, called names or did anything of that nature. He offered me the “free item” for my inconvenience but acted like he was doing me a huge favor. I declined. He again said he will make sure that I am compensated for my inconvenience and time, but I have yet to receive anything, even an apology. It took a total of another 2hrs and 2 trips to finally get my full order. I can’t understand how something so simple turned into a nightmare. I will definitely no longer be using Superstore for my grocery needs. Just atrocious!

Good place. Lots or variety. However this is the second time I noticed a lot of debris statically attaching to my black jacket. Doesn’t seem to have very good air quality in the store. Only happens here. I’d advise management to check this out. Lots of old and vulnerable people shopping here.

My BF's mother went to purchase a instant pot from this location. We found the empty box and when we go to the cash they told us after we paid for it to go to customer service. When we got there we were met with attitude from the customer service worker, stating that we were to go to customer service prior to purchase to confirm stalk. There was no sign to indicate that. I guess we're supposed to just know this magically. The attitude is unwarranted as there was zero signage. Loblaws encourages promotion of employees that are sympathetic to Galen's end goals of profit over customer service. There is no need to turn the customer into the villian when you can't even be bothered to print a sign. Tape it to the empty body. I do not car. Don't shop at Loblaws stores unless you want to help pay for Galen's castle in the UK.

Just stopped in here to pick up a couple of items and they refused to do a price match to a competitors price which was $2 cheaper on a $14.99 item. I'm talking about exact item jack links beef jerky. If you advertise price match, then do the price match. Take down this sign that is falsely advertising your unethical business practices. Will never step foot in this store again.

It’s becoming a big mess and chaos in the parking because of the entrance this store closed after COVID-19.
Open the door to public.
July 15, 2024 addition:
Please open the other entrance which was the practice before COVID-19. Now that entrance is dedicated to online, curbside shopping.
Superstore management needs to learn from Walmart and other competitors as they made separate entrances for online, curbside shopping.
Honestly, very poor decision making from management of Superstore. No care for their customers.

It's very nice, cashiers are helpful and prices here are very reasonable. I wish they would bring back free cookies for kids.

Honestly, whoever thought to make the only entrance and exit in the far corner and close the main doors for pickup only is daft. The worst parking lot for shopping here - btw your mobile stalls are almost always empty. Add that they put added the garden center dead in the middle of the lot, there is no convienece for shopping at this location. Ederly people and pregnant women have to walk so far its sad. They are lucky only sobeys is close and they are expensive

This was a horrible experience, came here to pickup some items everything was great until I saw a self checkout employee Trish was her name, mock customers when they needed help, she had one hell of an attitude and it definitely shows
