Always late for pickups. It takes like 40 minutes for 1 pickup. How are we supose to make money..Pls hire more people.

Just experienced first hand yesterday how mean and rude some people can be. This pertains to the lady who was manning the Customer Service desk at 7pm ish on Aug 13th. Had returned from the SW part of the city and had stopped for some essentials at the Signal Hill RCSS store. The agent at the till at that store was new and mistakenly bagged my small bag of potatoes as a 10lbs bag. I only noticed this error in the car on my way home to the SE. To get this rectified I stopped at the Seton RCSS and approached the Customer Service desk. The person on duty took the bag of potatoes from me, walked to a till, stood there for a bit and then came back and told me to “Go back to Signal Hill store to find out why they billed you for a 10lbs bag. We cannot help you”. I told her it was a random visit to the SW and I lived in the SE, but she only repeated her earlier statement.
What?????? Did she think I ate 3/4 of the 10lbs potatoes on the way from SW to SE. Any chain store should be able to honour and rectify the mistake by another outlet. This is so common and happens all the time. I felt humiliated and insulted and walked away. Moreover, she did not have any pleasant demeanor about her. When I approached her I wished her but she didn’t even wish back. Why are such people even given positions in Customer Service. They should be out back with the cartons and loading machines if they do not have a kind bone in their body.
I don’t think I will ever shop in this store even if that means I have to drive extra kms to the next store.

Waited outside for 45 minutes for in store pickup. Seen multiple vehicles who arrived after me receive their groceries first. Being aware this process takes so long would’ve been helpful as I could have shopped in store in a shorter time period.

Google maps says the store closes at 22:00. I came 5 minutes before closing time to find the door locked. I suggest either close entrance at posted time or change the closing time. I drove to this store for nothing.

Don’t go here on a Sunday after 5pm. You spend as much time in the check out line as you do shopping for your 30 item list. No idea why they have 3 tills open when the store is full. The line ups are 5-9 carts deep and the self checkout is 15-20 long.
Terrible customer service. Happens often here

Was there today and needed to use the washroom. It is really not very clean. I noticed shredded toilet paper all over the floor. When I went to use the facilities I found out why. They have huge rolls of cheap 1 ply paper too big to fit the dispensers so users are left to claw and shred at the paper to even get 1 square. Felt like a Seinfeld episode. The rolls can’t turn so you are forced to touch everything to try to get any paper. I ended up having to go through my purse for tissue. Then tried to wash my hands and everything is dirty soap is almost empty and no paper towel to dry you hands. Left feeling very dirty. Loblaws maybe put some profits into the facilities. It’s very unpleasant. Shows like you don’t care

Terrible store! I try to avoid bad reviews but yesterday’s experience was the last drop. Bought the meet and the whole house smelled rotten after cooking it. They also do the same with fish , putting tails and stuff underneath the good fish meat to make it look bigger. Everything is overpriced. The employees are very nice and helpful though.

I would like a larger assortment of products from Europe, in particular from Ukraine! Canned vegetables, sauces, sweets - this is not an unsurpassed taste! Locals will lick their fingers and turnover will increase.
