New to the area pretty terrible customer service here. They never have bags to put drinks in and cashiers are never at the point of sale, this guy cashier I think his tag said Nav just walked away. I ended up having to raise my voice to get attention and manager completed the sale she was friendly and apologetic.
Maybe install a self serve machine if you don’t have the staff available to both stock and serve. It’s a bit of a drive but I’ll be taking my business to Co-op store by saddletowne train station.

I went there after a while, but the service has gone down, and prices are ok. Not much of a collection compared to before. Cashier was busy doing other things, and security guard was interfering with everything.
The good thing is that you can redeem your optimum points and earn points.

I recently visited the Real Canadian Liquor Store and was extremely disappointed with my experience. Despite being of legal drinking age (18+), I was denied the purchase of alcohol by the staff.I provided my ID to prove my age, but was still told that I could not buy any alcohol. This was not only embarrassing, but also frustrating as I had planned to purchase some drinks for a special occasion.The staff were unapologetic and unhelpful in finding a solution to the issue. I felt discriminated against and disrespected by their actions.I will not be returning to this store and would caution others to be wary when shopping there. It is unacceptable to deny a legal adult the purchase of alcohol without valid reason.

Could give 0 big fat 0 if i could. Usually go to this one because its right near my house. Usually friendly staff and security. There still couple mins left before closing. Security guard didnt have to be so rude. Hurry up you have a minute. Dont tell a customer to hurry up when you still have couple mins before closing. Also speak behind the customer with their language. Lost of respect for this place. The staff that is working tonight was not good. I dont know if i would want to come back to this store again since its right near the house. Better off going to BSW with friendly and more acknowledge staff.

Worst liquorstore. Will allow kids to come in with their parents but black adults will come in with ids and u refuse to sell liquor to them. The most racist store i have ever been in. What a waste!!!!!
