Jennifer was magnificent in her help to find me some options to entice a visiting Cairn terrier to eat.
She introduced me to a variety of choices comparable to the dog's current diet, providing some samples.
A couple of the selections worked, so I will be back fur more.

Rude staff! I asked to purchase a replacement tray for a bird bath. The birdbath was $96.00
I was told I would get a callback about the tray. I waited for 3 weeks. No phone call. I went back to buy dog food and asked again about the tray. The store owner said I would get a call back so I mentioned I've heard that before.
The Clerk who I was not speaking with piped up, "we're really busy with inventory and hiring new staff."
Then she rang me through and did not take my phone number but instead walked away. RUDE
She's upset because I want a call back regarding an expensive item??
Now I never want to go back because the staff are rude and not helpful.
I called her back to give her my phone number and I'm sure I WON'T HEAR BACK.

Amazing staff..so damn good at what they do to support pet families. Great selection..oops..Frigging Amazing selection of food ,toys, bedding, snacks etc etc etc. lol..When you go in ...do not look left nor right ..go straight to your target item and RUN..get out..or just give in like all weak pet mom and dad..and that damn big easy to access parking lot..ugh
makes it difficult to just drive by with an excuse not to pop in.

This place is awesome. They had such a great selection, especially for my doggo who is allergic to nearly everything. I can never find decent bones or products in a protein she can have. They stock the Puppy Love brand that all my doggos enjoy, as well, let me know they could order other things in for me if needed. Plus they weren't super annoyed or rude when I was still shopping after they closed. I definitely had the closing time wrong and they were very polite in letting me know they had closed and still rang me out with a smile. I'll be stopping in here more often
