My sister just tried to return 3 little felt danish Christmas mice. She literally was returning after 5 minutes because they are ridiculously expensive and she had second thoughts. They were out of the store for approximately 5 minutes before they were returned. The very rude manager said that my sister could only get a store credit for the return. Then my sister decided to buy a little red Christmas dress for her granddaughter to use up some of the credit. This same manager was not willing to help find the correct size or help in any way until my sister became very assertive and demanded the manager help. My recommendation, DO NOT SHOP THERE! While the products are lovely, the customer service is beyond terrible and the manager is incredibly rude. Before I retired , I was a senior Human Resources Director for a province-wide organization. If this same manager worked for my organization she would be fired!

Do not buy your baby gifts here! We were asked to jump through multiple hoops by the rude and unhelpful manager to exchange a baby gift we received late that no longer fits. The manager asked us to ask our friend for a credit card invoice ( so embarrassing) proving the purchase even though all the tags on the item indicated it was purchased there. According to the manager this policy is in place for our protection? And even if that credit card invoice was found they wouldn’t let us exchange it for a larger size because it was past the 30 day return policy and the item was now discounted. 30 days?! Baby gifts are given late and new parents have hundred of other things to do that first month than return gifts. Do your new parent friends a favour and buy your presents somewhere with more customer focused policies!

I bought many items in this shop. Once, I came the next day to exchange an item and ask a refund for another one (tag still attached), the lady laughed at me saying "no no, ahahah, you'll get a credit". Don't shop there.

Dreadfully rude service. I bought 2 adorable outfits for a little one in my life, but by the time I left my entire nervous system was on alert. I reached out to management for a discussion but they never returned my invitation. I shall never return.

My pregnant wife was asked to leave today. Very rude staff. We will not be going back to this over priced waste of good real estate.
